Oh look the Yes on 8 won.

We won because we are right.

Sorry Ellen, what marriage?

How dare individuals put my Constitutional rights up for a vote! If we are not given equal status in this country, our taxes should be pro-rated to reflect this. We now look back at racial bans with eyebrows raised; this issue will be seen in much the same way, given time. God will judge me on my earthly works, not men. Any church leader throwing money into a political rat-race doesn't understand that it is the Word that transforms hearts, not mere political laws, vulnerable to being overturned. Trust the leadership role of your Father and transform hearts with love, patience, and sound Wisdom. Lobbying Christ into law is an inferior use of the Word of God and will fail. Transformation requires cooperation. Do you have that much faith in propositions? Do you have Faith? Is this a money generator for you? Examine your motives, church leaders, and ask if the teachings of Jesus will be fruitful in political realms. Ellen, thanks for helping us defeat these "Yes-holes" Laine

Hey ellen. I'm not yet legal to vote. I'm still 17. But let me say if I could I would vote no on prop 8. Government shouldn't tell its citizens who they can and cannot marry. I think its a crime for people to lie on the television saying it will be taught in schools.when that is a huge lie. I will be in your audiance today and all I have to say is I'm rooting for you ellen. I hope prop 8 dosent pass. Thanks ellen!!!

ELLEN,
PLEASE RECOGNISE THAT NOVEMBER IS PANCREATIC CANCER AWARENESS MONTH. I LOST MY HUSBAND TO PANCREATIC CANCER 3 YEARS AGO. IT IS THE ONE CANCERS THAT HAS NOT IMPROVED IT'S FIVE YEAR SURVIVAL RATE IN 40 YEARS. IT REMAINS AT 3%. NOR HAS THE SURGICAL PROCEDURE CHANGED SINCE 1937. PANCREATIC CANCER RECEIVES THE LEAST AMOUNT OF FUNDING OF ALL MAJOR CANCERS AND IS THE FOURTH LEADING CAUSE OF DEATH AMONG ALL MAJOR CANCERS.
THE NATIONAL CANCER INSTITUTE SPENT 600 MILLION DOLLARS ON BREAST CANCER AND A MEAGER 74 MILLION FOR PANCREATIC CANCER RESEARCH.
IT IS THE ORPHAN OF AMERICAN MEDICAL RESEARCH. PANCREATIC CANCER HAS NO DEDICATED GROUP OF SURVIVOR ADVOCATES TO RAISE AWARENESS OR FUNDS.

THANK YOU.

TRULY YOURS,

CAROL MASON

Ellen, Im not in the state of Ca. But as for your prop 8, HELL NO. You said if they pass this your marriage is not valid? Yes it is. You were married before the whole world. You had more witnesses than most when they get married. Dont let some tired old political crap define your marriage!! (I know you wont but it will hurt)

I live in Pa. Gay marriage is not legal here. My cousin, a gay man, has been with the same partner for 20 years!! The rest of us have been divorced in the family. His life, his partner are REAL!! Im jealous, I want what they have...

What angers me the most is they have stuck it out, with more challanges than most relationships will ever experience. Yet, when it comes down to it they cant share insurance, or Social Security!! Thats soo not fair. They have built a life together... a solid life. I dont understand why they are being punished for something that is NO one else business!!

I support you on Prop 8, Im pulling for you and so many in the same shoes. Thank you for being so open and honest with your life. It HAS made a difference...

Less than 24 hours... Agh....

Cross your fingers, but lets face it Obama's got it!!! I pray...

i would love to see noah's arc jumping the broom cast on your show.
