I don't get it! Why are all of you people writing to Ellen about all of your problems and expecting her to fix them all or help you in any way? She is the funniest person alive and, for all her obvious generosity and caring, all she can give you is some well-needed comic relief from those problems. She is not a bank! Just because she is a celebrity, doesn't mean she can fix everybody's problems or that she is just going to read your stupid email and send you some money! Ellen supports many good causes and occasionally tries to help a viewer/fan in some way but her show is not about that. Write to Oprah with your sob stories!

HEY ELLEN, YPU ARE THE BEST! YOU MAKE ME LAUGH NONSTOP. THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO.

a wile ago u had like a psa about a lady and her scout group that made quilts for blind babys, i lost the web site to them and we dearly like to get it back plz help!

How does one get to hear from Ellen? I have emailed and posted comments on almost every things she puts up here. I send her letters I have tried calling and the receptionist will not put you thru. Is it because I am not famous, If I said that I was George Clooneys sister would that get me anywhere. I am not but what if??? I have tried everything possible. Its going on my two year anniversay trying to get her attention. i love the show and everything. I attempt to anwser all the contest and I have never won. So if anyone has any suggestions pleas let me know.

HI ELLEN, LAST YEAR @ CHRISTMAS TIME WHEN YOU WERE DOING YOUR 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS GIVEAWAY I WOULD ENTER EVERY DAY WITH NO LUCK. MAYBE I WASN'T ENTERING THE CORRECT WAY SO IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE DOING THE GIVEAWAY THIS YEAR I WOULD SURE LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO GO ABOUT ENTERING THE CONTEST SINCE YOU ARE ON A TIME DELAY FOR THE HOME VIEWER. LOVE YOU AND YOUR SHOW AND WATCH YOU EVERY DAY.

SO SAD ELLAN. SUPPORTED OBAMA, LOST GAY RIGHTS BECAUSE OF IT.

Hey Ellen!
I love your show and it's coming on now, so I can't chat too long, but I keep sending you e-mails about my two autistic sons, haven't heard anything yet, I don't want to pester you about it, I know that you are crazy busy, but I could sure use your help. Take care Ellen! Talk soon!

Ellen: I was thinking about this George Clooney issue and maybe he is just playing hard to get...He is getting such a kick out of you trying to catch him, why would he stop a good thing???!!! Maybe he is getting the last laugh ~ Just a thought... Laugh Hard, Dance Often ~ Parma

Hi Ellen,

I enjoy your show, it has given me many hours

of joy. I do child care for my grandauhter

while my daugther works and goes to college.

My grand daugther is 18 months and she dances

with you and she also loves your show. I don't

get out much and it feel like I have been around

the world when your show is finished for the day.

keep up the good work you are a joy to us

all. love Jan LaPlant

Ok Ellen here's the thing with George Clooney!
If the band of circled women were marching outside of his office won't shake him then what will?HUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
I would get Brad Pitt and some children or some of his former People he has worked with to get them to lure him into your building for a huge surprise and the surpirse will be that you got him on the show..Get Brad Pitt/children to talk him into coming over to the studios to sign some paper work for a Giving Event for Christmas and then have a big crowd in house to yell out a HUGE ZHello Mr.Clooney, ellen got ya!!!!!!
He's totally playing as game with you, kinda cat verse mouse but instead it's George verse Ellen!!!! Iam here to help ya let's totally trap him....

Hey Ellen;

Great big fans for some time now, My husband & I.
He watches every day as I am @ work still (EST)
I get there as fast as I can to catch the last bit.
The pictures of Portia & yourself are just lovely. Best wishes to the both of you for all time.

Our country is in a time of crisis; prayers every day for all of God's creatures is one thing we can do.

I have a complaint. Now I know that Ellen's show is geared to the younger audience. But I'm kind of getting sick of all these young celebs that I've never heard of coming on the show. I think Ellen needs to recognize that she also has a following of older women in her audience base. And why are we always seeing the same celebs come on her show time after time? How many times do we need to see Justin Timberlake or Julia Louis-Dreyfus? Don't get me wrong...I love the Ellen show I just wish her guests would be more reflective of her audience base. My final complaint...I would rather see her guests stay longer than 3 or 4 minutes...she sometimes packs the show with guests and we don't really get a chance to learn anything about them because their time is so limited. So maybe fewer guests with more time? Just a thought.

THANKS to Erin. The only thing worse than the ness's is dealing with all the people in the world that don't understand how hard it can be. A little encouragement once in a while is a welcome change.

I am not homeless, jobless, suffering from an illness or any other ness's there might be, but I do love watching some Ellen. You can never laugh enough.
To all of you who do have the 'ness bug, keep optimistic, if it's as bad as you say then you can only go up!

From reading some of the other postings here, it is clear that I am not the only "down-and-out" person who watches your show daily for some much-needed smiles and laughs. I was fired from my job five years ago and haven't been able to keep a job since. I have bipolar disorder, major depression and chronic severe pain in my feet - making it impossible to walk much or be on my feet for very long even if I could get my moods stabilized so I could hold down a job. I've had six foot surgeries over the last 15 years and will be having another (hopefully the last!) very painful one before the end of the year. With depression (including suicidal thoughts/deeds), no money and endless medical bills, YOU are my savior... my inspiration to keep on going... my reason to get out of bed every day for at least an hour in the afternoon to watch your show! I don't think people like myself have the right to ask for your "help". What do they think you can do for them? You just keep dancin' and dishin' out the laughs, sweetie, cuz the whole world needs what you give of yourself for free every day!
Love always, Karen

Debbie, you say you're homeless yet you have computer access at 7 AM? Hmmm....
Ellen tends to help those that help themselves, not those looking for a free hand-out.
What you can do about a job is to use your online time looking for a job. You might be surprised at what might happen!
Good luck!

I love your show ! Keep up the dancing you don't know how all of us here at Allstate Ins. watch you during our first lunch period and we all look forward to watching your show. You make everyone smile here !

Donna Kotria, you need an attorney!!!! You shouldn't have been fired from your job, & all your Dr. care & prescriptions should've been covered with worker's comp. insurance!!!! Good luck! You got a huge law suit on your hands!!

I Wish Ellen would see my letters to her in the fan mail and let me know what to do about a job as I am jobless and home less now. Please help me Ellen!!!!
