Gay People are born "GAY!" Should we make amendments to the Constitution stating "Only "White Folks should be able to get married?"
If we make an amendment banning Folks who are born "Gay" from saying "I do" ,we may as well! Discrimination is "DISCRIMINATION!"
The GOP is so short sided and proved this by bring Sara out of her ice cave and throwing her in the spot light.
On the other hand,the Obama, Biden Camp is the Polar opposite of the GOP!
"BRAVO" to Sharon Osborn, who spelled out McCain's thinking in getting a Women Running Mate. "ANY Women Running Mate."
The GOP got one! One who doesn't even know what her job would be "IF" she were elected VP.
Does she really think she is going to run the Senate? "For crying out Loud!" Where I come from we call people like this ignorant!
I read this morning the GOP spent over $150K on Sara's image. "Hair, Make up, Clothing, Jewelry etc."

Thank Goodness Obama is clearly ahead in the polls and this Election is clearly in his favor!
It gives me the creeps to think of Sara ending up as VP or worse yet if (God Forbid) something should happen to McCain and Sara winds up our President!
Americans who read, listen to interviews with the Candidates and give thought to "Who would do the best job in fixing our Country" are voting for Obama!
BTW I'm was raised a staunch republican and taught to vote for the best qualified Candidate and this is why I not only Voted for Obama, I'm a HUGE supporter of his!

I have a few words for Sarah Palin too.

First, I think that it is interesting that you chose to be a heterosexual. I, on the other hand, did not. I was born that way.

Second, be a real leader. Teach respect and dignity for all. Don't preach about family values when your own daughter is pregnant at the age of 17. She should be accepted by society just like our brothers and sisters who are gays and lesbians. Rewriting the constituion takes us a few step backwards - which is not what America needs.

Lastly, go back to Alaska. You don't have the right leaderships skills to be a VP.

Have you all seen the news about Obama??? How he might not get to be President??? He says he was not born in the United States. If your not born here then is saya "YOU CAN NOT RUN FOR PRESIDENT"

In response to a question sent to the network by a third grader at a local elementary school about what the Vice President does, Palin erroneously argued that the Vice President is “in charge of the United States Senate”

Q: Brandon Garcia wants to know, “What does the Vice President do?”

PALIN: That’s something that Piper would ask me! … [T]hey’re in charge of the U.S. Senate so if they want to they can really get in there with the senators and make a lot of good policy changes that will make life better for Brandon and his family and his classroom.

Indeed, while Palin suggests that questions about what the Vice President does is something only her daughter Piper would ask, Palin herself asked this very question on national television in July. Apparently, she still hasn’t learned the correct answer.

Article I of the Constitution establishes an exceptionally limited role for the Vice President — giving the office holder a vote only when the Senate is “equally divided”:

The Vice President of the United States shall be President of the Senate, but shall have no vote, unless they be equally divided.

Moreover, the U.S. Senate website explains that the modern role of Vice Presidents has been to preside over the Senate “only on ceremonial occasions”.

The Majority Leader is in charge of the Senate. The VP sits in the chamber only to break tie votes.

It seems that 'someone' (I won't mention any names, mainly because no name was left at all to mention) would rather rant & rave about the disappearance of a few political signs, than confront the REALITY and FACT that the superficial barbie doll McCain has as his VP choice, still has no idea what the Vice President of the United Staes of America actually does!

If McCain hadpicked Sharon Osborne for his running mate, I might have voted for him!
