one of Obama's promise to the american people is to keep the job here in the u.s. I am not for Obama nor do I have any intention to vote for him. I am pro-life and pro-gun. I would like my grandchildren to have Social Security when they grow up and I don't want to struggle for the sheer reason that we should be a communist country. Doesn't anyone read the Bible???? I can not believe in this day and age, anyone can believe that McCain would do anything different for the welfare of our country, than has been done in the past. Because of himself and Bush, we have shipped all of our jobs overseas, to the benifit of rich companies that get a tax break for doing so. So now we have products coming into our lives that are killing our pets, children, and livelyhood. As far as I'm concerned, if you are not rich, there is nothing to be gained by McCain, only more of the same. Get real, McCain can't even come up with his own slogans, each time he hears a new one from Obama, he copies it. I guess imitation is the best form of compliment. I just wish for once he would explain his plans rather than say, he has a plan. Please clue us in to this plan. There is no choice for middle class America but OBAMA!

You don't help the wage earner by attacking the wage payer. Punish small and large businesses alike, and they will take their business overseas. Those that stay will pass the hike in taxes onto the consumer, making already high prices even higher.

We've seen the effects of Big Government before when it's involvement led us from a deep recession into the Great Depression. And ours outlasted (by about 7 years) the European countries' depression.
Socialism is nice in theory, but, as long as humans are involved, it doesn't work. Look at the former Soviet Union. Corruption crippled the country while they were under that practice. Alternatively, look at Ireland. Their business taxes are something very low (I believe 11%). As a result, they have gone from one of the poorest European countries, to a business hub of the EU. They are doing well over there, but wouldn't if they adopted Obama's economic plan.

WOW!!! All of this is horrible. I am so confused how everyone has so much energy to fight and argue over presidential canidates while everyone is struggling to pay thier bills and afford gas. The way I see it, if you are a McCain fan then you must be rich and can afford him. Me, personally I cant. And Also, I feel Obama is the best thing that has happend to the united states in a long time. President or not, everyone will remember his name and remember what he stands for. And I can bet on that. He's is the only one willing to step up and fight for america as a whole. And not only does he fight for us but he makes us all want to fight too.
