I believe you are so correct regarding this high protein. Strangely enough many diets even say that high fat content (unsaturated, natural, unprocessed) is vital for decreasing the dimensions of one's mid-section.

God you two are beautifal together! If you havnt listened to the song "Answer" by Sarah MacLachlan then a sudjest you and portia listen to it. It wxcplains everything you two have and I love to think that that is what that song really means... The love between to women.

Hateful, ignorant, and subversive comments like Rusty's can only serve to remind society how hurtful and unjust displays of predjudice can be.
You show the world every day that our identities are not that of "gays and lesbian", but of mothers, daughters, sons, sisters, lovers, friends, teachers, husbands, and wives first and foremost. Um, Rusty..."huevos" means "eggs." I'm pretty sure neither Ellen nor Portia needs to grow any of those. Your ignorance is showing in more ways than one. Actually, you sound like a seriously repressed homosexual to me. It sounds like you've convinced yourself that gay behavior is just a "phase" people go through. When was the last time you went through a "phase," Rusty? Why are you even here if you're so hateful?
