HEy Ellen;
WOW that must have been fun to see the ER set. I love that show. And yours of course.
I'd love to be on both shows one day.

Ellen, I love your show, every day you make me laugh. I am watching the one where you visit your new neighbors on the lot, when I saw the ice cream cake melted in George Clooneys parking spot I lost it....I laughed and laughed and laughed. Keep the laughs coming.
The wedding photos were great! Congratulations! People need to get a grip about the JLD clip. She is hysterical and I love her show. And Yours! The George Clooney thing will keep me tuned in from here to doomsday. He is my favorite and that you are doing that stunt is just a hoot. Especially since it has been well printed that he is a jokster. I can't wait till you have him on your show.
Can I just say WOOHOO!!!! You're back. I've been looking so forward to your new season. My kids and I TiVo your show and then watch it the next morning before we all go to school and work. Your positive outlook and upbeat personality is the best way to start the day. We (my 12 year old son, 9 year old daughter and myself) love you!!!
Ellen, may I take a minute here to tell those "fans" of yours to "PLEASE, drop it!!" Do you honestly think that that was a real rock thrown at Julia and that this part of the show was not a put-on?? Come on, wake up!! Ellen's full of funny stunts, shown daily, and only someone with no sense of humor would take it otherwise. We have a very accomplished comedian here in Ellen and the same needs to be said about her writers and producers! One comment was regarding a youngster who loves Ellen but was subjected to this "violence" and lip reading. Dear God,when is the last time that any of you "protectived parents" watched any of the garbage your kids are watching, called "cartoons?" Sit with them at any given time and watch what they are so mezmerized about "childrens programming". It will turn your hair gray, no kidding!! Used to be that we thought the Road Runner, Elmer (Lets me get me a wabbit)Fudd, even Sylvester and Tweetie were violent but now kids of today get to watch robots go after one another, Super Heroes on the prowl to kill of the bad guys, etc. Need I go on?? You, as parents have control over your TV remote and should have control of what your kids watch these days. Also, there is such a thing as the "ON/OFF" or Power button. Use it to let your kids know that there is a whole world of wholesome, educational shows on the air at any given time. Have them watch that (Discovery, History, Animal Planet, Nat'l Geographic, etc.) Take them to the library...last I heard it is full of informational and entertaining materials. Re-program their young minds to turn to other media than "childrens programming". In the meantime, you can let Ellen do her thing and enjoy watching her for your entertainment. As the grandmother of 9, I really do know what I'm talking about. And, by the way, as the mother of 4 grown kids, they grew up just fine, no brain damage due to their Saturday morning shows. Damn, I'm wondering how I survived the 50's what with the short list of kids programs I could watch..Lone Ranger & Tonto, Hopalong Cassidy, a few cartoons in the early stages of cartoons being produced, no cable, no color, no remotes but my Mom sure knew where the "OFF" button was. There were times when she felt that watching cowboys kill Indians or shoot outs in the saloons was not the best for me or my siblings so, weather permitting, it was "Go play, ride bikes, roller skate (but stay on the sidewalks...be careful of traffic)play house with your dolls!! See, it worked then and it should work just as well today given all the aforementioned options. Thanks Ellen for allowing me to put in my 2 cents here but I needed to and I feel better for it. Keep on giving us, that love your show, the daily laughs that get us going each day!! You just keep getting better and better!!!!! Love Ya! Rose
Ellen-

Hi Ellen
I'm from Switzerland and i LOVE your show. Unfortunately i can't watch it on TV. :-(
But thankfully it gives the internet so i can watched there.
Ps: Sorry for my grammar, hehe!
OMG, this show was oh, so funny I'm still cracking up just thinking about it. Ellen, do you make up these bits because if you do it just reaffirms what an absolutely funny and talented woman you are. The bits yesterday w/John Stamos and Julia were priceless and then today, when I thought I couldn't laugh any harder, you are visiting the fire dept., driving the fire engine, tracking down Clint Eastwood and still on the hunt for George Clooney!!! OMG, please keep it up because you are the brightest light when it comes to jump starting my day...will not miss one morning of you if I can help it!!! Oh, one more thing...the new "Ellen" bathing suit bottoms that you gave to the girls were, I have to say priceless as well!! Love ya..see you tomorrow morning!!!
I thought the bit with Julia Louis-Dreyfus was HYSTERICAL! Man, I love her. I was cracking up hours later just thinking about it! Good stuff. I love when Ellen goes "out and about". So glad the new season has begun! Gorgeous wedding stuff too! Seriously, could you two be any more gorgeous? Much congrats. Portia, I miss Arrested Development, man, that is a classic show... I have it on DVD and will watch it over and over... it still cracks me up. :)
The bit with Julia Louis-Dreyfus was hilarious. I don't know why people are getting so worked up over it. Ellen's show is not meant to entertain your children. It is an adult show. The skit with Julia was so funny because you wouldn't think Julia would act like that. Her Christine show is also very funny. Back to Ellen's show. I loved seeing her wedding photos and videos. It was so beautiful and wonderful to see two people so much in love. I just hope my husband looks at me the same way Ellen was looking at Portia. Wow.
For those of you who are upset over Julia's swearing... GET OVER IT!!! As if you never swore before in your life. Why even comment about it.
For the humour deprived who didn't like the " stone " throw and Julia swearing like a trooper, please get over yourselves.
IT WAS FUNNY.
Hey Ellen, You have a wonderful show, one that appeals to most everyone. Really shocked and disapointed with Julia Louis-Dreyfus. I am not a fan of her new show and after todays performance I know why. She belongs on really late nite tv. Why was it allowed, it was horrible. Well there I feel better. On a nice note beautiful wedding the best of everything to you and Portia. Thank you for sharing with us all. Nancy p
Ellen, I have watched every one of your episodes since the day you first aired, and my whole family loves you! You were one of the first TV personalities that my 4 year old daughter learned to recognize a couple years back. And I adore the fact that you shared your beautiful wedding to Portia, on your terms. Congratulations!
But, for the first time, I was disappointed in the skit with Julia Louis-Dreyfus. I count on you to be one of the few remaining family-friendly shows, but to have Julia blatantly swearing, rather strongly, with lips able to be read, was upsetting to me. It made me sad to see humor that had to stoop to what what so many other comedians rely on.....
Don't worry, I wont' stop being a true-blue fan. I am sure it was just a poor choice this once, right?
Thanks for everything you do for so many!
