Wow, you are totally right regarding this high protein. Strangely enough many diets even state that high fat content (unsaturated, natural, unprocessed) is crucial for reducing the dimensions of one's waist.

My grandaughter married her partner in Calif this last Oct...and I couldn't be happier!

That was such an awesome song your brother wrote for you guys. Congrats on your wedding and Ellen for marrying an Aussie (wooo hooo go the Aussie Chickies) So when are you getting your butts down under? We'd love to see you guys here, maybe Mardi Gras hu?

Prop 8 sucks badly, who gives hetros the right to vote on our rights? Gay marriage should be legal everywhere. After all its who we love that counts, and our hearts dont pick and choose if we are black, white, gay, straight, etc.
