I saw your show where Lauren was talking about the juice cleansing that she was doing. My husband and I have just gone down the Raw Food/Whole Food path (which includes juicing or water to cleanse) due to his Melanoma spreading. Since having changed our diets, we have had astounding results - feeling the best we ever have in our lives for one ... and particularly for me, not even craving anything sweet. The particular diet that we undertook can sustain the body and it's hunger when applied correctly with the right focus.
For someone who is seriously funny, I thought it appropriate to tell you about someone who is seriously funny about the doctrines that he imparts to people in the community that the medical profession can no longer help. Don Tolman is an American who, for various reasons has not been able to impart his knowledge to American audiences, so he has been educating Australians and New Zealanders in the mean time.
Do yourself a favour and check this guy out - his websites are dontolman.com and dontolmaninternational.com. That which he imparted to us certainly reinforced what we had been quietly believing for years - he just gave us the resources to improve our life through whole foods and his "Farmacist Desk Reference" book.
Don imparts information about a very serious problem in our society (the effect of foodless foods, preservatives, pharmaceuticals and chemicals on our bodies) in the most lighthearted, clear, concise, logical and inspirational way. If you haven't had the opportunity of seeing him live, you have missed a fantastic opportunity. You can watch an 8 part interview on YouTube if you search on his name which will give you an idea of what he is all about.
I hope that you too will see the benefit of the knowledge that he imparts ... and that you can help him to spread the knowledge to a far greater audience - only they can profit from this information ... with their health.

you'll live, you're gonna make it... it's awful, it's stressful, but u can make it.... don't let it get to you, try to get as much of your money as you can if u have it in the banks, cause IT'S YOURS!! and... go on!!

i love lauren graham! she is so so funny and definitely my favorite guest. why didn't she play the flute though? i was kind of looking forward to that because last time she was on she played the guitar and before that the piano and sang and i was just wanted to see her flute skills too :( oh well i am just so happy that she was on today!

Yeah, I missed this interview as my news channel... King 5 news decided it was more important to cut into the program. I guess they can do it.. its pre-empted kinda thing. But it was a 25 minute wait to the news anyway and I feel if its not life threatening whats another 25 minutes going to hurt. Yeah.. our economy is going down from greed but what's breaking the camels back is FEAR. All we have to fear is fear itself. I wish people would realize that. We the people have more power in this than we are giving rise! My bank Washington Mutual failed in my opinion not from bad mortgages although that had a big to do in the defeat but it was Fear. Fear from listening to the media. News said 16 billion or so was withdrawn from WAMU customers in 8 days or so which killed the liquidity of the bank causing them to file bankruptcy. I don't think those had more than 100 thousand. FDIC we should have faith in. Its like the run on the banks in 1929. We have a liquidity problem from greed. Stop the world... I want off! LOL Where was I??? OH... yeah.. so I spent a good 5 minutes talking to my tv... "Get off... I want Ellen!! I want to laugh... yes.. I know.. our economy sucks... tell me in 30 minutes.. Is their a missle on its way.. NO!... Is Mt. Saint Helens errupting or Mt. Ranier? ... NO!.. so what are we doing here??? I want ELLEN!!>>>..ELLEN!!!>.. what's king 5's number... patience... breathe... oh.. God.. let it be over.. is he done rambling.. talking in circles...bla...bla..bla... yes we know... I know.. lets talk about this in 21 minutes... oh I'm missing Ellen!!!... EEERrrrrr!... OH.. thank GOD!!! He's done.. ok.. goodbye! thankyou... and then I got the last of 2 minutes of the interview. Yes.. I want to see that movie! Its based on a true story! Something so simple. Windshield wipers.
I mean... we listen to this stuff/news... bombarded by the state of affairs. Yes its important.. but don't interrupt Ellen!... my escape .. my fun time!!! If I want to listen to what's going on... theirs MSNBC... and like I said before... the news comes on after your show!!! Maybe I'm being to upset here... but man! Is it really necessary?????? I feel not and think not!
