I'm very excited about Neal Barnard from PCRM on tomorrow. I've seen Neal speak 2-3 times before. He's known for an insightful look at how our appetite controls us (vs us in control of our appetite).
The guy is in his 50s and barely looks a day over 40. There's something he's doing right.

I believe ex-fan Barbara meant to write "tirade" instead of "tyrant." The latter word is the definition of the Bush Administration! :-)I didn't catch Sharon O., but I would've gone on a "tirade" (aka rant) about Sarah P. if I were privileged to be on Ellen D.'s show!

Am eager to watch your Monday guest: Dr. Neal Barnard of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. Since learning of PCRM a couple of years ago, I've found its website www.pcrm.org to be a fount of trustworthy info. Lookin' forward to reading his new book.
To Barbara the "Ex Fan": Wow...tell us how you really feel!. Do you honestly think any sponsor will listen or even read anything YOU send them? Come on...they really don't care what YOU think. I am a huge fan of Ellen Degeneres, however after watching yesterday’s show with Sharon Osborn, not anymore. How could Ellen allow that ignorant woman to go on and on in a tyrant regarding how John McCain chose his running mate. Her show is taped, so I know something could have been done to edit her ramblings.
When is Hollywood going to realize that the fans support them and can also control their futures? We really don’t care about their political views as evidenced by the poor audience for the 2008 Emmy Award Show.
Not only am I done with Ellen but this letter will go to all of her sponsors as well.

This is the show's website for FANS and ADMIRERS who want to get tickets and purchase merchadise and who want to find out who is on her schedule. I come to this website because I love Ellen, unconditionally. She and her staff are their own persons and good for them. Her staff probably do read all messages and they thank all for their comments and remarks, both good and bad. Ellen's ratings speak for themselves so it is all good, no, it is all great. Ellen is all about positivity so I am too.

Well, don't read them..simple as that!! Matter of fact James go and hug a tree. It works..I went on a singing workshop and one of the activites were we had to put our mouth to the bark and sang to the tree. True. Harmonics were amazing!! Then we all got round and hugged it.
I went on another workshop, it was to do with nature spirits, nyphms and fairys things. It was an international affair..again all about the trees. Actually, there was this American in the group. And this American piped up and said what a beautiful tree the Canadian redwood was. Everyone looked at each other and someone said "Its an oak tree" I never saw any nyphms or fairies. The workshop leader told us to look under leaves and logs. I gave up and went for a walk instead.
