Is this video a little ironic now that she is working for Cover Girl, a company that tests on animals? Putting makeup on animals IS what they do....put lipstick on animals to see if it hurts them...
Hopefully she can change this from the inside of the company.

No make up on an animal? Okay, well maybe not. But frilly clothes, now that's a must! I just can't imagine anything more dignified than a poodle in a tutu (sp?) or a bulldog in a crochet sweater, with a big pink bow on it's head! Yup, cut off all of their fur and then dress them up to keep them warm. Well, okay, to be fair, the bulldog didn't exactly have a lot of fur to begin with and a tutu won't exactly keep a dog warm. But let's ask the dogs if they feel dignified. Hey Mr. bulldog!
Hi Ellen, I'm so sure that without coming out and actually stating who you want to be the next president, that it's pretty apparent - I think it's great to advertise and motivate people that may not understand politics or how it will affect them. If I can't get it from you, I'll get it from another channel!!! These viewers act as though you are running for president....LOL maybe you should - you have about as much experience as Palin!
To the guy in the UK that thinks we're odd, that's an option we have living in the land of the free. Sorry about your luck, BUD.....

I have watched you since day one of your show and have always enjoyed you and the content of your show. However, now I find that you too have joined the annoying celebs that must use their "fame" to play in the political arena. Which is it showbiz or politics? Trust me it's not flattering. I see that there are many that share in my view, that should tell you something.

I really enjoy your show, however I feel that entertainers such as yourself should stick to entertainment and keep politics out of it. It is very apparent which party you are backing and I feel it is inappropriate to make it a part of your broadcast.

No she didn't. She quit three years after Palin got into office. It has been reported in the press, media and print that the woman was not fired. If she were, why was she still working there when Palin's daughter youngest daughter was born? It is a fact written in a very liberal, story about Palin in "Time." And I really don't know why, they are writing about it, because no one can find the woman for comment; most of the info is coming from a angry ex-mayor, who Palin unseated.

Well Diane you are mistaken! She didn't fire her, the woman quit three years after Sarah took office. And it has been debunked that the list of books that Sarah Palin was said to have tried to ban was all crap: much like the e-mail that went around stating that Barack Obama was a Muslim. These are smear tactics. Some of the books on the list (which has grown from 5, to 100, and is now up to 300) were not even published when Sarah was mayor.
The facts of the matter are: Sarah had a constituent that didn't want her son reading a book that a teacher wanted his class to read. The parent and teacher we at odd over this; Sarah told the parent that she should go to the Principal or if that didn’t work the Super- Attendant of schools to see if the student could read another book, or perhaps do a project that would be of equal weight.
The parent wouldn’t concede the point, and want to know how to ban a book from being read in school. Sarah went to the town library, (were it is customary to get information) and asked: “if a parent wanted to ban a book, how do they go about doing it.” This has been blown way out of proportion, by people like you.
I beg to differ with you,. When Ellen had on Michelle Obama, Ellen brought up Palin’s daughters pregnancy in a very subtle way. The fact remains that Barack Obama himself said it was a non-issue and shouldn’t be involved in the campaign, but Ellen still had to bring it up— keeping in the media and the minds of her viewers. It was a subtle dig at Sarah Palin. She did a more evident dig, when she had a picture of a “Shot-Gun” wedding from one of her viewers, and then flashed to the picture of Sarah Palin holding a gun on the cover of “News Week.”
I find it hypocritical that Ellen will cry about a dog for over a week last season, yet she has no problem exploiting the life of a 17 year old girl, to get her own person political agenda across. The next thing you know, she will have a smart thing to say about Down Syndrome babies. It is a shame because Ellen makes her self out to be such a caring person, but I guess she just cares about people who agree with her agenda.
Love is the supreme power to happiness. Love is not sex alone, I don't have sex for over 30 years and yet i love! Well, I am old fashion cause I was ingrain to think sex is only after marriage and i am not married. Anyway, please be a good fan of Ellen and take care of her by showing real love for her and her show.

Ellen is not taking side on politics. She did M Obama and during the interview they both don't talk politcs. Please follow the whole happening. i know she is trying her best to please all. Also, she is the cover girl for the cover girl magazine and she had to use this opportunity to clear the air for that project. It is short-sightedness if you think she is with one and not the other. You can spend sometime reading all the old stuff and you will agree with me. Please don't hurt her, she is the best talk show host because she is real. Oprah got rich from woman and she went political to defend color. You guys are all Americans and color or gender should not reign and we all belong to this planet earth, and having the right to live here in happiness!
