Hi, Ellen and Staff, I am from Brownsville, Texas. I just returned home from visiting my sister-in-law in Beverly Hills. She got tickets to your show and it was just the best every (Thursday, September 11, 2008 - Jenny Garth and LL Cool J). Wow, I was so impressed by L L Cool J, what a fine, sensible man, and you are absolutely the best. I was lucky enough to make a fool of myself by getting to go in front of your audience and dance (what a thrill at 60 years of age and the bragging rights to my friends - well, just unbelievable. Even thought I received the authentic t-shirt, they don't believe me, so I writing to see if there is any way possible I can purchase a copy of that show. I know the dancing part isn't there, but the young lady that won the aw-snap (wonderful funny game) was in front of us and the camera showed us, if only a second "it was proof I was there". We thought it was a long wait to get in, but for anyone who has a chance to see your show it is so worth the wait. Your stage is so beautiful. Thanks for bringing the best of everyone out. not listening is rude & selfish.. it means what your thinking of saying or thinking is more important than what someone is saying... and your not in the moment... your not present.. not good... but we shouldn't hate.. 'cause in the long run... she missed out as what Ellen has to say and any other human being has to say is important and everyone deserves the utmost attention so everyone feels valued, important,respected, and most importantly what they have to say is important and deserves full attention!!!!
If you don't listen & give full attention.. you miss out.. and that's sad.. a loss for the person not listening and the person speaking... it hurts everyone!
i was watching your show this morning, and that airhead,homophobic woman you had on your show. well she made you funnier than normal, you caught her being homophobic of her co-worker, and being out in left field. i was laughing so hard my head, and face hurt.all you wer`e trying to do was interview her, and that made you funny.get more airheads on they take the show to a whole new level.

why should that Sara P. have a forum at Ellen show? She is against homosexuals, loves to hunt animals for sport and said in a church that the war in iraq is in the name of god. Leslie, you and all the other fanatic christian-bible-republican-fans do not see how much you support the ancient part of the society. You know in history there where already enough countries (and there still are) which had and have a law against gay, lesbian and women who fight for equal rights. Please do not walk back to the intolerant roots of these societies in which it could be possible with the help of people who were against everything which is different that there was no freedom any more. I think Sara P. brings us women back to church and kitchen if she may talk too much in public or - I hope it will never happen - she will be elected. She can have five children and a job because she has the money for maids. This way of life cannot be an example. But since she almost prays for the old fashion heterosexuals families she does everything that it will start again with: A woman is only a woman with a husband and a child. Brrrrrrrrrrrrr Leslie, you and all the fans of Sara P. think before you want to invite the one who does all for bringing us women back to the ("wonderful") husbands. Do you know since when women may vote? Do you know since when women may go to trial when they want a divorce? Do you know how many women are married and do not have the courage to go to trial, because they think, the society does not want it, the do not get enough money and so on?

ellen, we would love to see sara palin on your show. we think she would be a great interview. you have been great with the obama family. i think it would be nice to see sara because she is such a powerful female figure right now, no matter what your party affiliation. you are always so nice to your guests--it's what makes you different than the other talk show hosts. we love the show. thanks for your time.
