We posed for this picture before dinner, and then we got stuck like that for half an hour... I’m never wearing that much hairspray again.

Gorgeous! I have never seen two people look more in love than you and Portia. She is a very lucky woman, she has just married a great humanitarian, a caring loving individual and one of the funniest people on the planet!!! I know that your good people Ellen, you come from Louisiana!! Though you can't cook?,, how did that happen!? I am from Lafayette, La. Love me some New Orleans, making me hungry just talking about it!!

If I was Portia standing next to you with my head stuck to yours from all the hairspray,
I would wish to be hairsprayed forever.
If I was Portia,
I would never let you slip away.
If I was Portia,
I would never stop thinking about how happy I am with you.
If I was Portia,
I would not let a day slip by where I didnt tell you goodnight.
If I was Portia,
I wouldnt wish for anything more because you are the best I could ever hope for.
If I was Portia,
I would cry a million tears when I saw you unhappy.
If I was Portia,
I would ask you how you kept living life for so long and not given up when it got hard.
If I was Portia,
I would want more for you than for myself.
If I was Portia,
The most inportant thing would be that YOU were happy.


I hope you and Portia live a long and happy life, I also hope one day to have a great relationshipe like yours. All I want when I get older is to have a partner of my own. Being gay feels like there is no hope for a loved one. So if I cant ever have that everlasting love, I would hope that you and Portia would for me.

Congratulaions to the two of you and to the state of Ca. for finally realizing that we deserve to be just as happy as the rest of the world. I look forward to when the rest of the country wakes up. My wife and I have been "married" for four and a half years and it has been the most wonderful time of our lives. We wish the two of you all of the love and happiness that you both deserve. I want to congratulate you and Portia on your recent wedding. I wish you both a wonderful life together.

You are an awesome person, so kind, caring, generous and the funniest person I have ever seen.

You were born with the gift of humor, you are just so funny, you actually make me laugh out loud when I am watching you, and that doesn't happen easy for me, there are not a lot of people that can make me laugh the way you do!

You eminate happiness from your toes to the top of your head, don't ever change who you are. Your Mom must be one proud woman to have a daughter like you, who is also so successful.
