Well, it's been five days... and things are not going well. She squeezes the toothpaste from the top, she hogs all the covers... and someone's been leaving the seat up. I should've thought this through.

There are some pluses though -- I don't look so silly riding my tandem bike, and I can finally use those two-for-one coupons at Hometown Buffet. I also like answering the phone, "DeGeneres-de Rossi residence. To whom may I direct your call?" I'm very formal on the phone.

I've got to run now... I'm gonna sneak into the freezer and steal a bite of the top of the wedding cake... don't tell Portia.

Dear Ellen and Portia,

From Holland I wish you both many happy years together. The beautifull pictures of your wedding makes me smile and even brings a little tear in my eyes because I'am so happy for you both. Thank you for sharring these special moments with so many people on the world. You both are great examples for people who are still struggeling with there comming-outs! I had my comming out about 10 years ago, and I'am very happy that I had so many people around me who have accepted me for the way that I am, it made it possible for me to build up a happy life with a really great girlfriend.
