I've been a long time fan and I heard about kingskastlellc.com in California who rescue dogs. The police recently rescued 16 retrievers from awful conditions and kingskastle took them in. 2 of the dogs are pregnant, and the task of treating, training, spaying, neutering and preparing for adoption is huge. These people are incredible and you could help them get the word out for people to adopt these animals and give them good homes. I don't know if this was the right place to tell you about this but I believe you would be touched by the work they do.

I am watching American Idol and I just have to say you were honest about how the guy with the guitar sounded "generic".
Simon was honest in his own little world. By saying the performer had his best performance in the three weeks. This statement was true altogether, but surprising for me coming from Simon, who usually begins with a criticism.
I can only come to the following conclusions:
Either Simon has the hots for the guy or
He has the hots for you

I was reading about a mother who wrote to you recently about her son that is 19 years old and went off to boot camp in Great Lakes, IL.
My son Brian Aden recently has enlisted with the Navy and is about to graduate from boot camp on Friday, October 17, 2008.
Is there a chance that you can congratulate my son Brian Aden and all the men and women that are willing to protect our country, so we can have freedom. I am extremely proud of my son and would like to commend all military troops for a job well done, they all truly deserve the highest recognition and a world of THANKS.
May they be blessed and protected from harms way.

ellen ,i watch your show everyday,it is the one thing in my life right now that gaves my so much joy.im at home all day ,i have to stay on oxygen 24 hrs a day so i dont get out much ,it has made me so depressed .and i live with my daughter,and thats got to be hard on my grand kids ,cause i have there room but i cant stay by myself anymore.dont know what i would do without her .im going thought a divorce ,i was a widow for 18 yrs ,and was stupid and got married when i was 50 dumb ,dumb,i live on 650. 00 a mouth he doesnt help ,he is a mean ,mean man .i guss im just filling sorry for my self ,any way could you send me ellen boxers ,but i would take what;what; ever what i really what is tivo thank you ellen
