Hi Ellen!!

First of all I just wanted to tell you that WE absolutley adore you! My 2 year old son LOVES to dance and sing along with the music that you play. It is absolutley adorable. I was just wondering if it would be at all possible to book the EAGLES on your show? My husband and I absolutley are EXTATIC about them, infact "love will keep us alive" is our wedding song! It would be great to see them live, however if they were to be on your show that would be the next best thing, as we live in a small town in Canada, Brandon Manitoba, and we know that they would never make it here on tour and I am too terrified of flying to go anywhere else. Mind you, if it was for the EAGLES or for a chance to see YOU in person I just might take that risk..We are looking to go on a family vacation, soon but I am too scared to go anywhere outside of Canada that involves flying. It is a sad case I know but, c'est la MY vive!! haha..I don't knwo if that makes any sense but just go with it, as I am not sure if any of this letter is right. (i failed english, and as a result I am not a good letter writer!!) haha...anyhow...Keep up the GREAT entertainment! WE LOVE YOU AND ENJOY YOU EMMENSLY..(again, not sure if that is spelled right lol)...

When you moved to New York, Cable TV picked you up and I have Directv. Since the writers have gone on strike, I hope they stay on strike as this was the first time I have been able to watch your show since you moved. I found it this morning at 2 a.m. and it actually got my day started. Is there any way you can get back on satellite. In the Nashville area, you are on a channel that is not a network channel and that leaves most people out. Anyhow, it was wonderful seeing your program again and I have my alarm set for 2 a.m. tomorrow morning. Hope DirecTV keeps carrying it and if it takes the writers going out on strike to get it, who cares?

I mean, jeans and sneekers are great to lounge around in at times... but I wish you wouldn't wear them aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaall the time. Would really love you to explore your feminine side a bit more. I would love to see more of that side of you... which I really believe is lurking in there somewhere. Go on... be adventurous.. you might be really suprised!

I have had 4 back surgerys in 5 months and I still do not walk right. So needless to say I would never be able to go on your show.

Just wanted to mention what an influence you had on my big bro's formal wedding last month, I was chief bridesmaid and like yourself hate wearing those crazy dresses that weddings seem adament to uphold! But after seeing you at your onscreen brothers wedding in 'the Ellen show' my prayers were answered and was given the confidence to proceed with the ladies tux suit I wore on the day. I have a fantasic family and ever since I came out 13 years ago have supported my every move...
