On this day in 1965, in spite of tripping on her jump rope, Ellen continues to jump rope and play hopscotch on her front steps.
On this day in 1972, after whacking her thumb in shop class, Ellen continues to finish making her bird house.
On this day in 2007, despite severely injuring her back, Ellen continues to host the show from a hospital bed!

Ellen, I'm a fan and also a colleague from Africa's most popular country "Niaja for life". I love ur show but only have one problem, u always deprieve me of my meal whenever ur show is on bcos my wife will stop cooking to watch ur show. Since I started WATCHING YOUR SHOW, I suffered a metamorphosis. Your show is really nice and I enjoy watching it any time I could. I am a teacher and it is difficult for me to watch your show daily.

Congratulations On your 1000 Shows. I wish i can say I haven't miss one, but as a teacher, work a little too much, and can't afford a tevo... I keep catching them as much as I can.

well i didnt know you had back problems i totaly understand the pain that is because my mom have back problem too just hearing her throu the phone it hurts me already, i stay in houston tx. n she stay in costa rica.

I seem to have an issue,your show is full of mostly white audiences (please no racist $remarks or thought),encourage more racial participation.

Love your show and love you alots, so funny. Big fan of your, got all your work (book & cd & dvd). Watch you on the internet everyday. As it is not update here in Thailand. Next year I m going to visit my friends in Canada, and think I might be lucky to visit your show. My canadian friends said very difficult to get the ticket for your show.

H E L P !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am a brasilian woman that see the EllEN show every day in my country. These week, the shows are being the same that I already saw some months ago. Please do something to see what is going on.
I will be ansious to receive some news as soon as possible. Right now, we are in the end of April and next monday we will see again the Ellen birthday (what is always good, but I just hope that everything is fine with her and her shows)!!!
