Hi Ellen or Ellen's people!

I watch your show everyday and today you had a mother's day special. I went on your website to try to win a prize for my sister who is having a baby boy in September. I live in Canada so am I allowed to enter? My sister's name is Jessica and she is a real sweet heart so I just wanted to help her get excited about her baby by entering her in this draw.
