jason castro is amazingly awesome in all the ways i can think of. no joke. i would love to meet him and hangout and what not.. If you know what i mean. Beautiful singer and just beautiful . I love him! Who ever thinks different is wack.
I do enjoy watching American Idol, but thought there were many others that were much better entertainers than Jason, and he should have been eliminated weeks ago. He was a little, shall I say - Boring to watch.
HEY ELLEN. I'm 15 years old and I am Jason's biggest fan.You can ask anybody! I seriously love him to death.But sadly he went home on my birthday :[ I cried but I think he was home sick and he wanted to go home but I love him and I know he'll make it big. But my one dream before I die is to meet him and I'm going to do anything I can to get my dream. I tried to get tickets for the American Idol tour but they were to expensive and all I want is to meet jason. So thank you for talking about him today on your show. i love him.

This is not the end for Jason. As one of his "older" fans (42) I enjoyed his music, his personality and his being so genuine. He was such a breath of fresh air, and such a refreshing change from all the music that sounds the same to me on the radio these days. I will DEFINETLY buy his CD when it comes out, I'll probably have to buy 3 so my girls 19 and 11, don't fight over it!! We were dreadhead fans from the very beginning and look forward to what lies ahead for Jason. We, too, voted like crazy Tuesday night, but apparently not enough of his real fans did. I am so anxious to see him on your show on Monday!! Let him know he's reached multiple generations with his music!! LOVE YA JC!!!
Hello Ellen...love your show, can't miss it! I personally loved Jason and voted 5,231 times in the last 8 weeks just for him. I am a 55 year old Gran but thought his voice was just so mellow. Would adopt him to make me a Gran for the second time. So sad he had to go home...Will watch for him next week on your show...Love you Ellen and all the good work you do for everyday people. MaryKaye
I loved jason's voice at first, but then his voice started to sound...well,....BORING.
No ofense to jason. I was kind of glad he got voted off, but its a shame he got boring.
Well, I'm sure he'll end up singing for other people, maybe like that guy at Taco Bell.

All the good talent has been kicked off the show, except David Cook.
How could anyone stand a chance with all the kids voting for David Archeleta.
I always loved Simon's opinion, he is so off this year. I would like to say to Randy, hey dog wake up. Paula thinks everyone is great and all she says is you look so beautiful tonight.
I thought Michael Johns was the best this year and he will be a star Paula.
Hey Ellen! Love your show and Jasaon Castro as well! I was so sad to see him leave, but thanks to you i know i can at least get one more dose of Jason Castro in my life next week to help me cope! Make sure to tell Jason for me that he was by far the most original and genuine contestant. He really has a certain sincerity about him that just makes me connect to his music. Not only was Jason my favorite this year, but he has been my favorite idol of any season! Keep singing Jason! I can't wait for your album and to see you on tour in Pittsburgh! It'd be super cool to get hooked up with some backstage passes to meet Jason! Hint, Hint ;)
Ellen...My daughter and I voted for Jason, non-stop, for over 2 hours. We would be so discouraged whenever it said, "Thanks for voting for contestant #3" I hated to see him go. He was the most original contestant and has the most unique sound. I just adore him and will continue to support him and look forward to his first album. Also, I LOVE your show, my daughter teases me because I always talk about you, ...Ellen said this and Ellen said that. Hope you are around for a very long time!

Jason has a fairly good voice but I couln't stand those goofy dreads. I also think he should have listened to what Simon said. Simon tried to be constructive in his criticism, Without his teen-bopper fans Jason would have been eliminated much earlier in the competition.
I haven't seen much of American Idol this season because I worked 2nd shift throughout much of the season. The parts I did catch it seemed like Jason wasn't really as in to it as the other contestants were. Also if you purposely give up on the competition why were you in it in the first place. You took up a spot that another person could have had. If you audition for this competition and make it that far why would you give up when you were trying to get the ultimate reward.
I saw last night's American Idol, as well as the night before. I kinda expected Jason to go, though I was upset about it. When you have him on monday, can you ask if he's single? If he is give him my email!

I love Jason, there was just something about him, and then I realized he sometimes has the same expressions as John Travolta. He even has that scratchy JT voice...
None of my family or friends see it, but if anyone would, it would be you, Ellen...
