please tell Jason, he gets much love from Indonesia :) i will totally buy his debut CD!! :D i really never had a musical idol my whole life and now i found one. i'm 27 and fell in love with his music first, not his looks despite of the popular believe. at first i didn't really care, but after SOTR, i'm owned! ;)

Ellen, do you know when this episode with Jason in it will be on Star World channel in Asia? i know we're getting it a few weeks behind. just yesterday i saw you were talking about getting a massage and mentioned Chikezie in it! so i think we're not that far behind? Can't believe you're having Jason Castro , he's the most handsome,talented, nice,gorgeous,original,funny,warm,sexy guy on the face of the planet ! You name it - he's just too good to be true.It's always a pleasure to see him on TV but these people keep asking him the very same questions again and again and again, - it looks as if it is the same show.
So all I want to ask is please be creative and don't waste the oportunity of making a unforgetable show.I'm sure he has great stories to tell.
By the way, don't forget to tell us how does it feel to touch his beautiful hair.

I love your show, but I don't get to watch it very often as I am usually working and don't have a recorder. When I do get to watch you, you always brighten my day. I smile from beginning to end.

I very much want to see Jason Castro on the show. I am 49, and it has been a long time since someone as refreshing as Jason has come onto the music scene. Until Jason came along, I have never voted for anyone on idol, nor ever bought the itunes before. I will not be buying anymore itunes until Jason comes out with something new. Jason is inspiring. I have seen many of his interviews on the internet, and I was very happy to find out that all the rumors were incorrect. I admire his honestly and his spirituality shines through. I love that he feels the songs in his soul. I love his folk style and I also think he would make a great Christian music artist. Please suggest to Jason that he start saying in his interviews that he very much would like a record contract and to continue his singing career. He always comes short of directly saying that. He has millions of fans and they are all waiting for him to come out with a cd. I beleive he has a bright future ahead. Thanks to American Idol for bringing his talents to our attention!

Oh, and I loved his version of 'Memory', It is one of my favorites. So much feeling was put into it!

On another note, I have tried to download the idol spots for your show, but cannot get them to work. I do not own an ipod, but I do have itunes on my computer. What am I doing wrong?

Jason Castro is something Idol has not seen before...a grounded, joyful and spiritual artist in the truest sense of the word. He made the show fun and we love him for that!

Please don't ask him the same questions (i.e. vote, don't vote,and if he wanted to leave)over again! He's already answered them!

He was the best thing that happened in music bussiness this year .He proved that with originality , talent and good taste you can touch people's hearts.He was THE ONLY contestant that deserves to be called an "Idol".
There's NO ONE like him .
I've been missing him already.
I WANT TO SEE HIM LIVE ( but not with those fake contestants!)
I hope he sings his own songs but as long as he's happy , we'll be happy too.

I must say from day one I was a Jason Castro fan. I am so proud to call myself one as well. But, when I heard him sing Over the Rainbow - I was in love. He has touched so many lives with his singing and his awesome laidback personality. I just want to say, what the judges and media put Jason through was horrible. I just hope and prays he stays true to himself. Doesn't conform to the hollywood life. We love Jason just how he is. I hope he never changes. Love Always & God Bless

Ellen, it's great that you'll be having Jason Castro on your show. I watch you every day. So sorry to see Jason leave the competition, he's so talented and brings so much joy when he sings. He's got a pure voice and a wonderful heart. I'll be waiting for that first album.

I am a 59-year-old woman who never watched American Idol until this year. I was channel surfing when I saw him singing "Daydream." At that moment, I became a Jason Castro fan and have watched every show since then. I also had never voted for any contestant on any show, but after a few weeks, I began to vote for Jason (for the whole two hours)! Next I began to download iTunes and now have every single one of Jason's songs on an iPod (much to my 30-year-old son's amusement). In short, Jason Castro has changed my life. I have rediscovered my love of music and have learned to have fun again. I truly can't explain how this has happened. I only know that I love Jason's music and that he has touched my soul.
