I am sure that the food we eat provides all the nutrient value for the inside of our body; why would it not be good for the outside? Food has been in the process of external skin care for years such as "melon/cucumber, apricot, strawberries, peaches" masks; cremes, & scrubs etc.

I would not be surprised in the future, if there will be a prime rib dinner mask to provide the evening skin care regimen!

Sorry, I missed just a moment of Kym's amazing facial to reduce brown spots. Were those fresh peaches, frozen, canned, or just the pits? I think fresh or canned or maybe even frozen since that makes sense cus we want peachy complexions, not brown ones which I think the pits might create. So which peach was it? Thanks so much for having Kym on and answering me soon; my brown spots are getting darker by the minute.

Now let me think, what interesting questions for a Saturday. Well, first all I am glad we have the skin organ, which I heard is the largest organ of the body, though I am not that great in the medical field of knowledge. Actually this reminds me of the time, I walked into a friends house and I noticed all these jam jars with liquid in it sitting on the shelf. I asked what was the liquied. He said it was his urine and he was drinking it..some sort of detox!! I thought how disgusting, I just about bocked when he started drinking it..disgusting..he said in the olden days Native American Indians use to drink urine. After 3 months or so he stopped drinking it. Bless his pissing socks..
