Boy this is a hard one this year. I love David A's voice and thought he did the best job last night. I agree with Simon, I would have loved to here David C do Billie Jean again last night.
Over all though I think David C should be the american idol, and that makes me feel disloyal to David A just saying it.
David Cook by far! He's the best. Yeah David Archuletta has a good voice and he's sweet...blah blah blah but David Cook has the look, he has the charisma, he has the voice and the attitude of a true rock star. I really really really hope and pray he wins tonight because he deserves it so so much.

I think that David A. took the show last night, but its not about just one night. To be fair to both contestants, you have to look at thier performances for the entire season. If you can do that objectively, David Cook should be the next American Idol. He has it all. In fact, I have been watching American Idol for the past 7 seasons and I believe that David Cook is the best of the best. David A. will have his moment, but tonight isn't it. Shame on the judges for trying to sway the vote. Not sure what that was all about.
David A was so predictable as usual.
David C was the most original( "Why would I do a song I've already done?)Altho I wish he would have done Billie Jean as Simon suggested. He would have brought the House down!
I really did not like the way the judges were swaying the vote for the "Boy Band Boy".
I vote for Cook all the way.
I have to say last night David A. was fantastic,gave me chills.I like them both,but at this point I'm with D.A.
David A. did an awesome job, but his style is always the same. I am sure with more years on him he will expand his horizons. His voice is so smooth and predictable(as Simon says).
David C. is my Idol choice. He can take an older song and make it NOW! I love the style he uses and believe it is time for a more daring singer to take the American Idol spot light. He is the American Idol by far.
