Answer: Pierce Brosnan.
Pierce’s lip was hit by a stuntman during the making of “Tomorrow Never Dies.”
Pierce’s stepfather took him to see his first movie, “Goldfinger,” in 1964. It was at that point that Pierce decided to take up acting.
Pierce’s claustrophobia made the filming of certain scenes in “Dante's Peak” very difficult.
In 1969, Pierce saw a fire-eater teaching women how to put the flames across their bare chests. This inspired him how to learn to eat fire himself. Soon afterwards, a circus agent saw Pierce eating flames and hired him. Much later, the writers of “Remington Steele” wrote a fire-eating episode titled "High Flying Steele,” where Remington and Laura go undercover in a circus.
Pierce will be joining Ellen on Wednesday to talk about his new movie, “Mamma Mia!”
