Last night, “The Bachelor,” Matt Grant, did not hand her a rose, so Wednesday I'll hand Amanda Rantuccio as many tissues as she needs. After he gave her the heave-ho, Matt told Amanda that he felt everything he ever said to her, and that Amanda had "virtually everything" he was looking for, but since Matt just dumped her, this just confused Amanda -- so she called Matt "a complete..." well, a bad word. Be sure to watch on Wednesday to find out if Amanda still thinks Matt is a (you know what) and if she's gotten over him yet.

You were right all along about Shayne! Don't change to Chelsea! There is obviously a love story between Matt and Shayne and I would bet anything that is who will be on your show on Wednesday after the finale airs. Stick to your guns, Shayne is the one and has been all along. Love your show!
Just for everyone's knowledge, twentyfour/seven was a SCRIPTED show on MTV. None of it was true. So don't base your opinions of Shayne on what was on that show. She is an amazing girl.
ellen i donot understand why you show on-line a photo of you talking to amanda and did not show a photo or taping of you talking to marshana. they both were on the bachelor!

Come on Matt and Shayne??? You are a goof if you think those two have anything in common. Shayne is just there to see herself on the boob-tube. Her mother was a nightmare that would scare me off. Shayne is too out there for conservative Matt. I love Matt Im a better match at 53.
I have thought is was Chelsea since they went to Vegas in episode 2. Which, coincidently is where Shayne had her meltdown. And I was convinced about Chelsea in the tennis episode. Well maybe I just hoped it was. Love her sense of humor. In a relationship, someone who can make you laugh is huge. Always sort of thought Shayne was too young. At 22, do you really know what you want? She will change so much in the next 10 years. Amanda will be fine, she seems strong and maybe has already moved on. Striker??!!
Thank God she didn't receive a rose. Why would you want someone who LIES and Gropes other women? You are suppose to be the love of his life not the one he has his way with when it's your turn, but I guess those were your expectations when you chose to be on this show and then resorted to name calling when you got the boot!
I really thought Amanda would get a rose. After the way Matt talked about Chelsea I didn't believe he even had any feelings for her. As far as Shayne goes, she is a celebrity daughter. As Dr Phil always says past behavior reflects future behavior. Her father Lorenzo Lamas has been married over 4 times. Her mother is frightful - looks like to much cosmetic surgery on her face. I felt she had more of a sister relationship with Shayne than a mother. I do believe that what Lorenzo said to Matt when he met him "that Shayne was only in it for publicity" is so true and I really hope he doesn't pick her. I don't believe even if he does that it will last and if he choses her that is what he deserves.
I forgot about how many time Amanda said (like) !! she was saying it so much that is was getting hard to even pay attention to what she was actually trying to say !!! but then Shayne and her dumb blonde -- baby act is soooo not cool either !!!
i have to agree about the "like" thing. i couldn't stand listening to her for one more second and Matt probably couldn't either.
I was surprised that Amanda did not get picked last nite. From all the things that I heard him say to her and what he said about Chelesa on the boat and what a terrible time he was having I thought for sure she would not be the one getting picked. I will be really suprised if he picks Shane !! I don't think he will go for her doing the (dumb blonde) act when she knows better--like the palm trees in England ??? That was so stupid !! I think that Amanda is more educated and acts like the woman he would want to be by his side at important meetings or where ever he takes his wife. I think Shane playing the dumb blonde act just won't fly and I am surprised she has made it this far. I think he already blew it big time--thinking with the wrong head ????
If she said the word "like" one more time, I would have screamed!! She couldnt finish one sentence without it having that word in it.

I was with you in the beginning and thought Matt would pick Shane but now I think it is Chelsea for sure! Chelsea was just being distant because she didn't like sharing Matt-they are a perfect match! I love Shane because she has the least drama od all-ironic that she is an actress! I think Shane would be the best next Bachelorete-sheis great but not best for Matt.
Ellen, you have seem to have such a keen sense of fairness and honesty. Please don't inadvertently help Mike Fleiss, the producer w/ his sham of a show. This season is not the most romantic season, it's the most staged and unfair one ever.
1. Favoritism editing toward Shayne -- the same Shayne who's done this exact thing on another reality show call twentyfourseven where she did ALL of this before: dated on camera, brought guy home to meet dad, and then was accused by that guy of cheating on him w/ her exboyfriend. Look it up on Youtube.com.
2. Gave Shayne twice the air time
3. Promoted this show as the most "romantic love story" ever in Bachelor history. So far it's only been a press junket for Shayne's career.
4. OMG, did you see Shayne's villa vs. the other women's hotel rooms?
Are you kidding me? The other women didn't have a chance in H&%$! Don't lie to us, call a spade a spade, Mr. Fleece (no, not a typo, it's been the fleecing of the viewers all season). However, what else can we expect from the proud producer of "Who wants to marry a millionaire and How Hot are You?"
I was not shocked when she didn't receive a rose. Matt obviously was not smitten with her as she was with him. I thought her name calling was classless as well. Frankly, I do not see what he saw in her from the beginning. I think she was boring and self absorbed.

Thank you Ellen for having Matt and Shayne on today. They may not be what everybody defines as perfect together but they sure have chemistry. I think they will make each other smile for the rest of their lives. It was so obvious,despite thier age and other difference that they were falling in love. I believe in fairy tales and I believe we all just witnessed a fairy tale with a happy ending. Congratulations Matt and Shayne. I will miss watching your love story. Please keep in touch.
