On Friday, Help Us Celebrate Our 800th Show!

My, how time flies. It seems like just yesterday we were celebrating our 798th show. I know, the show doesn't look a day over 700. And no, we haven't had had a lot of work done. It's just a lot of healthy living, and with a few exceptions, we've tried to stay out of the sun. What is the theme for the 800th anniversary? It's not paper, wood or silver... I think it might be linoleum.

Anyway, we're pulling out all the stops! You won't believe the surprises we've got lined up for our audience! Plus, we'll look at some of our all-time favorite moments and guests -- and your all-time favorite moments! Plus, we'll be premiering a big, super-special surprise, so please don't miss the party! It wouldn't be the same without you!

Ellen,

Congratulations on doing 800 shows. So many fun moments. Jeff Irwin with the Falcon was only one of many.

An hour a day spent watching your show keeps the Doctor away :-)

Well done Mary, Andy and everybody involved with getting the show, to us, your fans. I'm looking forward to watching many, many more. Just love TEDS keep it up.

CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR 800 show thats great you know. its such a wonderful accomplishments and i want to seize this opportunity to wish you many more shows and may every show get better than the previous. with people like you the world will be a better place.i love when people give you shoes with heels i hope some day you are going to do a show with a dress on and shoes with heels. you are the best, keep up and may God bless you now and always.

I CAN'T BELEVE IT WILL BE YOUR 800TH SHOW. CONGRATS!!!! MY 2 SISTERS,MY DAUGHTER,AND MY NIECE LOVE UR SHOW. MY SISTER FRANNIE (WHO IS THE MOST WONDERFUL NURSE IN THE WORLD) WERE ON THE PHONE TODAY TAKIN U KNOW, WHEN DAVID BECKEM CAME ON. Hi Ellen. Congrats on 800 shows! love the show, we watch it every day. Ive been trying to get tickets to your show since you started! Now youre coming to chicago!!!! I wish i could have gotten tickets to see you in my hometown! Trust me I have tried and tried and tried. Well keep up all the great shows. I wish I could pick my favorite moment, but theres soo many...in fact this summer my friends have decided theyre goin to try and make a kiddie pool filled with cornstarch and have a dance off to see who can last the longest without sinking.. love the science experiments!

Hi Ellen congrats on having a 800th show. I just wanted to say that I enjoy your show very much because it makes me laugh sometimes and I LOVE that you have Justin Timberlake on you show sometime. Also I love the games that you play especially the deep dish pizza. I even like the dancing part that you do at the start of the show. I hope you have a great 800th show

WOW! 800 shows...That's wonderful. I got to tell you...I've had a very bad week and the one thing I can ALWAYS count on is your show to make me smile. Hope next week will be better and if it's not I'll be watching you for many more smiles and wonderful and funny shows! Thanks Ellen.

I love your shows so up beat WAY better then OPRAH & DR.PHIL thay are so depressing and you make me laph i always wished i could be on your pragnate shows but i was not a first time mom but you always seemed to have them when i was prago. my fav show was when the woman had her baby when she was supposed to be on your show and you gave her the gifts anyway you are so giving.congrats on 800

Ellen you are the best! Love your show, love when you dance, love everything about it!! One of my favorite shows was when Chris Matthews danced with you...oh my gosh I was giggling all by myself, you are one person that can make me laugh out loud. Congrats on your 800 shows! May you have many more because you bring smiles to those of us at home with your humor and the wonderful things you have done for many with your generosity.
I thoroughly enjoy every show but my favorite is when Patti LaBelle came on and you walked in her heels and gave her a special pair of "a la Ellen" shoes. What an absolute hoot!
