i actually knew chris back in greensboro, nc at his old 'day job.' if i only knew he was telling me the truth that he was going on american idol that last week i saw him, i would have gotten his autograph. p.s. ellen, your shows are always amazing and you have such a huge heart. i hope one day someone can 'make your day' like you make so many of ours in this really difficult times we are living in.

We have loved Chris and DAUGHTRY for a loong time now! These are amazing men with such talent! I love the way their hearts are on their sleeves most times and they care about people so much! Beautiful!
These boys amaze me everyday and it's so much more than the sound seeping from their souls...it's them to the core, who they are and what they stand for. Well, at least what they've shown us anyway. You hear it when they speak and you hear it in the music. Just incredible, so thank you Ellen for showcasing an amazing band that busts their butts and for giving those children such a touching moment to share with us. Loved every second of it!

YAY for you having Chris and the children sing on your show. My friend slash boss went home from work early to watch on Monday only to find out he would be on today instead! Needless to say she was a lil bummed, but having it here to watch I know made her day, mine as well. Thank you! We did get to see Daughtry and Bon Jovi (my fav!) at the Honda Ctr. this past Saturday. What a concert!!
Ellen you are an amazing woman and give so much to people from inspiration and laughter. I missed the show today, but thanks for having this on your site. I LOVE chris from day one of idol. I wish to see him in concert one day. His song home is special to me because my Husband is in the Coast Guard and deploys out to sea a lot and I have this as my Ring tone for him so when and if I ever get to talk to him it gives me chills when it rings and puts a warm feeling in my heart. Once again Keep up the great job you do and look forward to many more years of watching you.
