Hi, I missed this show, :(. Actually, I taped it because I had a doctor appointment. I rewound it to watch it but had to stop the tape to run an errand. When I got back my husband had recorded some history channel show over it. Boy was I mad. Is there somewhere I can watch it, or download it, or do I have to wait for a repeat sometime in the future?

Becks is a great role model for youngsters and his talent is no fluke. He was known at Manchester Utd for getting into training early and staying late simply to practise, practise, practise. He was great on the show - you should invite him and Victoria on again as a couple!

mixed feelings. I like football... and soccer is football. The feet work is cool to watch but all that running.. its like basketball in a sense that they go from one end of the field and then back again but not as fast as basketball which seems like in seconds. Hockey is fast too. I just am not that into soccer.

I think Washington state is a soccer mecha in that everyone seems to be into soccer. I grew up in Indiana and that state is obviously "Hoosier".. a basketball state and a movie.. Hoosier's was made. Ironically and I don't know if its 'cause Beckam or just a kawinka-dink! but a news headline while I was in Indiana stated that Ft. Wayne's soccer program is growing and that more and more parents and children are making soccer their extra curricular family time. They said even if you don't like soccer bring your family out ... theirs food... so soccer is making its way into our american culture. ... maybe getting up there with football, baseball and basketball. I'm not an expert in sports but I know baseball is definately an american sport!!!!

I would rather see animals or Ellen punking somebody,, I guess if you are THAT into soccer,,, not my cup of tea.. rather watch reruns of Ellen's sitcom while he is on.. to each his own I guess..

I was already a fan of soccer before David Beckham came to America. So I was pretty excited when He came over here to play for the LA Galaxy.

It was amazing to see David Beckham...I Tivoed the show for my 13 yr old son who is a HUGE soccer fan..he even has David's new Jersey(among others!) His big dream is to play soccer in Europe..he just might!
David is the Derek Jeter of Soccer, Extemely talented but humble a good role model when there seems to be such a shortage! Thanks again for having him on the show!
