I would be the happiest person alive to be able to meet you in person! I am the biggest fan of yours as my husband is also. He is bed ridden from an accident from falling off a roof, with two broken heels, (one shattered), and he watches your show "religiously" and keeps me posted on the best and funniest guests on the days of running errons for him. I go to Med school at night as well, and if I had ONE break it would be the best day of my life!! WE LOVE YOU ELLEN.

Hi Ellen, I live in Fairbanks, Alaska and rush home to watch you everyday. You make me laugh and I would enjoy a trip out of this cool and rainy summer. I live in Fairbanks because I have a great job and endure the FROZEN winters because the summers are usually warm and you can't resist the long days, but this summer I would rather be a duck that way the rain would be more enjoyable. To be honest i havent been a faithful Ellen fan. I just recently began to watch your show. And now Im hooked. So much so that I got my boyfriend who doesnt watch talk shows to watch your show. The first thing he says is "nice dance moves. If I were on the show I could do my two step, Ellen can do her thing and we'd be jammin!". Now we either stay home to watch or we DVR your show. My husband really deserves this trip to see you in chicago! My mother passed away this year at 52yrs old and my husband put everything on the line to make sure I got to Florida from Illinois so I could be there to take care of arrangements. He also
helped me through my little brothers passing from a drunk driver. SO as you can see, I have the best husband but have no money to help him celebrate our wedding anniversery on August 8th 2008. IT's our 10 year anniversery. Thank YOU ELLEN WE LOVE YOU!!!!!

My mother has been a major fan of yours since you narrated the dinosaur ride at Disney. The ride got stuck the second time we went and the dinosaurs basically went into an interpretive dance number but you kept right on talking, even as the guards with flashlights led us off the ride. What work ethic! If she can go to your show I'll personally drive her (and anyone else you wish as long as they fit into my civic), even pick up your dry cleaning or frappachinos or cat treats. My friend from Queens tought me how to 'car dance' and I could teach you so you never miss an opportunity to rock out even in traffic.

My sister is crazy about your show and I would love to win a trip and tickets for her. We live in southwest Mississippi and for the last two or so years she has been taking care of my dad. We recently had to place him in a nursing home and I would like to say thank you to her for putting up with his cranky butt! LOL. She has a sense of humor and always wanted to make her living making others laugh. When I watch your show you remind me so much of her. She has not had an easy life and I would love to be able to make her smile for once and repay her for all the laughs she has given me.

Hi Ellen, Love the show, watched it everyday since i went on maternity leave. Ellen! If you ever need a fat replacement of you, I'm the girl. I would love to meet you or be on your show. I almost offered to fill in for you when you were sick last year and ended up having to do the show from a hospital bed . . . but I guess that worked out for you alright. A Hammerhead is a fan of the band Lovehammers, also called Marty Casey and Lovehammers. This is a fantastic band who are natives of Chicago. Ellen really should have them on her show--great songs, and they are all really funny, too!
