30 Seconds to Air


Ellen just flew in from Orlando, and as you can see from this picture, boy are her arms tired! You can also see that she's happy to be back, especially since she's got a terrific homecoming show lined up. "My Name Is Earl's" Jamie Pressly is stopping by to auction off the "My Name Is Earl" motorcycle for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and "Little Miss Sunshine" herself, Abigail Breslin is here to talk about her wonderful new movie, "Nim's Island." And just wait 'til you meet Sam Williams -- who just crossed the Atlantic Ocean in a rowboat! You're going to love him. As a matter of fact, of all the transatlantic rowboaters Ellen has had on her show, Sam is one of our favorites. Ellen can't wait to start the show. It's a good thing there's only... 30 Seconds to Air.

Saw you in Orlando! Took 3 years to get tickets, well worth the wait!!! Would love to go everytime, awesome cannon ride too!! Disappointed in no prizes and the fact you said we were getting a Cd and whe cameras went off they said not getting it but had a good time anyway !1 Love the show!!

How about the story about the "keg" party being busted in Wisconsin. Only it was rootbeer. The police did breath tests etc. There was a story in the AP. Don't you think that is going a bit to far? There was no alcohol involved.

Can't our kids have any fun. Sad but true.

Hi Ellen I recently went to a Doowop concert at the Kodak Theatre here in LA and on the show was a Los Angeles based group (The Vibrations) who had the hit Hang on Sloopy (before the McCoys) and Watusi. I had not heard from them in years.
They were very good and energetic and harmony was tight. I was wondering if you would ever have them on your show??

I liked your monologue. Its sooo true. I am flying to Indiana soon and I hate to leave my bed and wonderful pillow. I get to sleep on grams couch. Its compfy but I know I'll be anxious to get back to my bed. I'm washing my bedding now so when I come back it will be nice and fresh!!!.. like welcome home. LOL Grams shower head is ok.. but I do miss my own. I get used to grams shower after 3 days or so. I have to use less soap on my hair and just don't feel clean after... not enough water pressure. LOL I'm afraid I'll starve with grams... I'll take her to Applebees!!! and load up!!! Speaking of eating I had to eat all my tomatoes!! sweet tomatoes .. 2 of 'em yesterday. Lots to do when you fly!!! What do I pack???? oh my! I'm going to wash my car too so I'll have a nice shiny car to come back too!!! Clean house today as well.. vacuum and mop. I took out the trash don't come back!! Love that song.. but I am coming back. I'll tape the first week I'm gone and then I'll sit on grams to watch you! Stress to make sure I get my Ellen in!!! I'll make it happen.. I have too!!! I'll miss writing in... but I'll be back.. I hope!.. god willin' Until then.. Ellen... my vacation is about to begin and I'll writes yaz when I gets home! K! don't cry.. I'll write later... I promise. Grams has lots of stuff for me to do. Shelf liners in kitchen cabinets, cut toe nails!OUCH!!, hook up DVD, take her to the doctor, grocery shopping, church. The list is endless and it goes by sooo fast and I dread saying good bye to her driving off in my rental for the airport... I always have a stream of tears. That's what I hate about vactions.. is you have to leave. Stryker.. glad to have you back !!!... I know you'll miss Florida... but you have lots of memories and it will be waiting for you!!.. next year! :)
