Who's That With Ellen?

Answer: James Blunt.

While recording his first album in Los Angeles, James stayed with actress Carrie Fisher. Fisher was very supportive of James' aspirations, suggesting the name of the album and providing use of a bathroom in her home for Blunt to record the song "Goodbye My Lover."

His song "You're Beautiful" became a US number one single, making him the first UK artist since Elton John in 1997 to top the US singles chart.

While on duty in Kosovo, James would strap his guitar to the outside of his tank. His father was a Colonel in the British Army Air Corps. The Blount family, (James changes his name to Blunt,) has a long history of military service, dating to the 10th century.

You are the reason that I can run five miles five days a week!! I get on the treadmill and run until your show goes off. I don't even watch the clock nor the miles anymore until I'm done. I love the marshmallow game by the way

As a mother of two it is difficult to get time to do things for myself, but I MAKE SURE that I don't miss any of your shows!!! My 4 yr old knows when your music comes on he says to me "Mom, your dancing aunty is on..Ellen Degeneres".
