For a very long time now i have been watching the re-runs to your program Ellen and i always seem to find myself laughing at either yourself or audry.I come from New Zealand and its a bummer that your talk show is far behind here i would very much enjoy seeing a live show and talking to you about your career and how you made it through your tough times.....i would greatly apprciate hearing from you and i would love to tell my frends you contacted me as we have all been getting hooked on your shows and always try to catch them...

Dear Ellen,I wanted to tell you about what has happened to me and my family. It all started when my girlfriend of 3 years and I were living a quiet life here in Indidapolis, Indiana,and some of our kids needed to move back home because of finacial problems.We rented a big house for all 9 of us to live in and split the bills which would be easier on all of us. After living there 2 months a next door neighbor set our house on fire at 5am we were all sleeping,my oldest daughter woke up and started screaming FIRE luckly we all got out in time,the neighbor was leaning up against his fence smoking a cig. and he would not call 911,he just had a smirk on his face like he was proud of what he did,he even told the arson dective how the fire was started with gas pored on our porch swing.He never was arrested for this crime,they said they did not have enough evidence to charge him. The company we rented the house from came over that morning and told us not to worry they were going to give us another place to stay. The red cross put us in a motel for 3 nights and that was all there allowed to do for us.We called the rental co.and asked them where were going to live and they said they did not have a place for us to live. We then asked them to give us our deposit back so we could look for a place with.They said they could not do that,my daughter called them from outside and asked if they had any 4 bedroom places availble to rent they said yes.They did not have a place for us because we were victims of a hate crime and they did not want to rent to us.We are almost 50 years old and our kids except Val and I being together, and its not like we were advertising about our lifestyle. We were just two moms trying to help our kids out.The man didnt even know our names.I dont understand why someone could be so hateful,and want 9 people to die for his joy. We have since found a place and so far no problems with hate. I am out of work due to a foot surgery and decided to write you,I love your show and you are an inspration to all of us. hi ellen as all say love your show "really do "i think that you see through eyes differnt than the others on tv i have a very inportant cause i hope you would take the time to talk about it someday my son lives in hollywood works in the tv field spent 5 years in colleage to learn tv and flim it so hard to get work there if you are not in the union and if you do not work 100 days on union jobs you cant work for someone in the union i am sure you are a memmber of the screen actors guild and i know enemploment is the same ther as here in texas wish there was a way for are younger generation to be able to see and beleve in are future i know obama is trying to get things going my son is talented i want him to have faith in his future a lovin mother thanks ellen

Hi Ellen, I have been trying to find a way to send you a copy of a couple of letters I sent to a guy from church that concerns my being a gay male or a homosexual. I Opened up to him about the truth about my self because he lead me to believe that is was safe to do so? And now that I did, I am now suffering from real bad repercussions for doing so. He had apparently went out to a party one Saturday Night, and got high on drugs and alcohol and told all his Straight Red Necked Hill Billy Friends about me, apparently telling them that I was trying to come on to him, and that I was making passes at him and that I was trying to strike up a homosexual relationship with him. Please Ellen, you need to read these letters so you can get a complete picture of what had happened. I personally feel that this issue is extremely important to
share this with you, to show you just how far we have progressed in life. I have also notified the President "Obama" about this issue, now that he has personally become involved in the issue of gay bashing in which a sixteen year old boy was killed because he was gay. President Obama is going to or all ready signed into law that makes a hate crime, locally a felony, is now a Federal Hate Crime, punishable buy a possible sentence

We are single income family and have spent over sixty thousand dollars fighting USCIS and US Embassy over this adoption. I've run out of money and I've been out of work 2 1/2 months due to spinal surgery and won't return till late November. We need to complete adoption before paperwork is no longer valid. If you or members of your staff have frequent flier miles with Delta Airlines and would care to donate to our fundraiser, we would be greatful. Gift of money is great also. I am a Breast Cancer Survivor of 11 years. I have a picture I would love to send you. I looked for a way to email your show so I could attach it, I am not sure how to do this. It would be wonderful to show this week because it is Halloween week and Breast Cancer Awareness Month. When I was bald I had my sister (a clown for hire) painted my head like a pumpkin!!! I give it out the women that are going through chemotherapy to remind then to laugh when they are having a bad No hair day!!! Please, let me know how I can send this to you!!!

Hi Ellen, I watch your show. You do so many thinhs to help people. I have a daughter with fildren to be homeliive children. one has asthma really bad, and the other has special need. my daughter lost her job, can't find one. she is packing up her house with no where to go. I live in a senior citizen complex for disabled. they can't come here. will you help her. I don't want my children to be homeless for the holidays Her rent is 750.00 she owes for this month and last month.I have prayed, wrote churches, ministers no has responded will you help her please thank you and may God bless
