I was so happy to see you drive it and actually show some of its features, 'coz I've been surfing the net for some time now and all I see are small images of the car with Orlando Bloom beside it--the car looks much better with you in it, haha! Wish I could get my hands on one.

Hello Ellen. I want you to know I record your show everyday. I must admit, sometime I can't get around to watching it everyday, that I'll just watch them all on my weekend. It's so nice to relax on your weekend an watch Ellen. I do have to say, most the time I get a little mad because watching your show on the weekend is when I miss out on the deals you introduce for us to check online. Once I had two weeks recorded. My son had gone to the mall to purchase a pair of gym shoes and when he left the mall he was followed out by three young boys. The three boys approached him and put a gun to his head requesting his bag. Needless to say, the boys who robbed him got away alone with the gym shoes. I thank GOD he was not hurt. Three weeks following he (my son) was walking to a friends home and was jumped by two boys whom were driving a stolen vehicle. Although he fought one of them pretty good, one of the boys stole his cell phone an needless to say. They got away. I told my son sometimes life throws us curve balls and this one set me back two weeks in recordings of your show. I enjoyed everyone of them. Took me all ay to watch. My son is doing just fine. Ellen we Love your show, please pray for my family. And always dance. Once you almost forgot to dance. That was funny.

I love your show. I watch it every chance I get. I was in the hospital from 9-5-07 until 1-11-08 for pancreas surgery and was in a coma for 3 weeks after it. My employer terminated me on 10-1-07 but didn't inform me of it until 1-14-08 and I had to pay cobra to continue my health insurance to pay for the medical bills. My lease on my car expired while I was in the hospital so my Dad turned it in to dealer for me and he bought a new car and gave me his old one (99 Ford Taurus). If it wasn't for him I would be without a car. Now that I can walk around again I am looking for work. I sure could use a new car to have dependable transportation. Ellen, thank you for the wonderful, happy energy you share with us all. You know, you got me through the recent tragedy of losing my cat, Ashes. I had to creamate him alone and at the time, distracted myself with clips of your show on youtube which enabled me to laugh and cry. I particularly liked the one where you called George W. with his daughter, Jenna, on the show and you were calling him daddy and he totally had to fake the niceties. OMG. And thank you for your thoughtful discussion regarding hate and for calling out people like Ms. Kern to challenge the messages prominent in our society teaching people, most importantly, children that it's ok to hate people who are different, people who are lgbtq. You are genuinely funny and obviously kind. I've always admired you and thought you were a great celeb-humanitarian, but I'm only recently a real kind of fan because I was never allowed to watch your show under my parents' roof. Even now, on, say, Thanksgiving, with family, when your show comes on after the parade, someone (usually my mom) has to make some kind of a comment about gross and lesbians and the channel gets turned and there's so much anger. I love my family, but this is so hurtful. Of course, I take it personally and I wonder how you, Ellen, would respond. And why? Why are people so angry about sexuality? Where does all this shame and disgust come from? Those are the kinds of questions I wish people would ask themselves before acting on their hatred. If I didn't live so far out in the country to get actual cable t.v., I'd watch you faithfully, but as it is, I have you in my Netflix queue. Now, in my late 20's, I'm still working on coming out to my parents, but I'll have to be ready to be disowned. I sometimes wish I had your courage and light-heartedness. Nice car, by the way! I am so happy that someone else left their car running and did not realize it. I did that with my new car a few years back. I parked my car in the grocery store parking lot, locked it and went in shopping. When I came out I realized that I locked my keys in the car with it running. I had to call my daughter to bring me my extra set of keys. I still get teased about that one!

My first car was a 1982 Toyota Corolla sr5 hatchback with louvers in the back. I loved that car. I used to drive around listening to Prince (party like it was 1999) over and over again. I grew up in Fla. where you could drive on the beach, and you know how people talk about highway miles mine were beach miles. I hope you enjoy your new car, drive it in good health and safety.
I think I'll check out Toyotas when we go looking next.

Hey Ellen! My husband, 19month old daughter, and I all watch your show daily!(on tivo, of course!lol)Anyways, I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoy your dancing and funny quips! It is a nice break from all the tough times around us taking place. Recently our car has almost completely broken down. It is a 1999 hyundai manual speed car. THis poor car has been driven literally everywhere, and now some of the windows are held up with 2 by 4s in the door, and my daughter disassembled the door handle, so the only way to exit the vehicle is by someone letting you out from the outside. I now have a bad knocking sound when I turn and I am afraid I will get broken down with my daughter in the car. It happened this past year when the alternator went out for the second time in less than 1 year. My husband had to take a huge paycut this past year, and we aren't in any position to have another car payment. If there is anyway possible that you might consider donating your beautiful car to us, it would be a blessing. We would even love to have your picture on it, so everyone around here would know where it came from and how wonderful you are and your causes as well. We live in the country, and to put it in perspective how much driving we do just to survive, the nearest grocery store/(which is a super Walmart) is 12 miles away. Thankyou again! Kristin Dunning

I watch your show everyday that's where i get my laughter for the day. I have fibromyalgia it is a uncurable disease but not fatal. I hurt from head to toe 24/7. I love your new car and would love a used, dependable car. My car died about 2 months ago then i bought one for $ 500 all the money i had and the transmission went out 2 weeks later. I'm unable to get my 15 year old son who is an awesome baseball player even made the paper last year to baseball practice there are no busses where we live. He is going for his first job interview tomorrow to try to help us can't afford beds let alone a new car.

I have been dealing with dealerships all week. My credit leaves alot to be desired. I can't even get a used car. My 95 Corolla and I will soon have to part. I really hate to give her up. Old Betsy is tired though and she has started coughing and spitting.

Hey Ellen. I love your new car. Its gorgeous. We have an SUV but I would love to have a car and give me hubby the SUV. His truck is not dependable and has left him stranded and he's had to walk home in the snow. We call his truck "The Blooper" because it goes bloop, bloop, bloop. I like your new car, nice color too!!! Wish I had one, my girlfriend and I have a baby on the way, due September 16, 2008. My car is about to die completely, bad oil leak,the transmission is slipping, the motor mount broke also. My older brother welded it together , but it will not hold, and Ashley's car, (my girlfriend), has a radiator leak, into the car, so fumes are getting into the car. The brakes are bad, the engine sputters, the exhaust fell off. I hope everyday something turns out good for us, thank you for your time, just to read this.

Saw your cool new car today, the Toyota Corolla. I've Actually been trying to buy one.It's my first car and I need somthing reliable because I want to start a business with it.I found out I can't get financing.I looked into a used one but because Corollas are so great and hold their value so well the money I have will only get me an early 90's model and I need somthing newer and don't want anything else.Anyways what i'm trying to say is since you are such a fan of the Toyota Corollas as I am,I was wondering If you would help me out.I just know that If you co-signed for me they would definately give me the car.I know what your thinking,but I thought i'd give it a shot.At this point i've got nohing to loose.Thanks so much for making me laugh and smile everyday. No, they are not giving a car away. There is no contest to pick someone up and drive them to the Orlando show either. On Ellen's show today she taped this commercial for Toyota, but it's not a contest.

What a nice car...Me and my husband had the exact same care 20 years ago.....well I'm saying the exact same care...I should say the exact same name of car...ha ! ha !
We drove that car up to 300 000 km...and we still had $300 for it at the Toyota Dealer when we exchange for a 1987 Toyota 4 Runner.....that one we droved it until it got to 400 000km ...and a guy bought it for $500. Now we have a Toyota Tacoma...oups..can say "we"...it's my husbands truck !!!!
I met my husband with a Toyota and probably we'll get hold in a Toyota !!! We're the Toyota No.1 Fan.....

I absolutely love you Ellen. You make my day.. know matter what is going on you make me smile and I dance with you everyday. Actually I don't get home til your show is off but I record it. I love that you are so generous, you have the biggest most generous heart and I admire that so much. My husband and I have had such a bad run of luck and when I see you helping people I think that it could be worse and I should stop feeling sorry for myself and be thankful for my health and family! Keep up the good work!
What a great car. I have been "married" to my present vehicle for 11 years. I bought it new in 1997. And it has served me well. But it's a truck and the gas is killing me. All good things must come to an end and I need a divorce from this gas hog. I will wait patiently to find out what your next move is but I want you to remember that I love blue. (hint hint)

i love that car wish it could be my frist car i have never purchased a car but my husband gets us cars but i will love to drive that nice blue car.

Nice car!! - Just had my 78 recently widowed mother test drive one yesterday. At 4'10" she was moving right along - she says they made a car for little old ladies - and with the nice colors she would be able to find it when she came out from Bingo!!

I didn't hear her say anything about picking anyone up in it. People are saying thay she's going to pick someone up and take them to Universal??????
