The Final Countdown

It's almost here. There's only 2 days left till my birthday. I can see my next year coming around the corner. While we're waiting for it to turn, here is another one of my favorite moments, and according to your votes, one of your favorite moments from the show. Leah Remini is always a blast, but her visit shown on the clip here was completely off the hook.

Hi Birthday girl!!! I'm wishing you a Happy 50th Birthday because you're 50 times more fun than anyone I can think of on this (or any other) planet. Therefore, you deserve 50 times the wishes. This makes sense to me, like those algorithms that can prove anything. I won't write all 50 of them here, but there must be a formula that could show it. Anyway, the bottom line answer is that you're the best so Happy Birthday...50 times over!!!

Hey Ellen,
It's almost here! Don't be afraid. There are many of us who have gone before you.
I've been 50 for two years now and I approached my 50th the same as my 40th...as my RE-birthday. I promised myself that I would take more time for me and do something that would make me a better person.
I love wathching your show, Ellen. You have a huge heart and a genuine personality. I will start a new job next week and will have to watch you from recordings.
Keep doing what you do and your show will go far. And keep dancing!!!

Hi and "Happy Birthday Ellen",
Welcome to the 50 and over club if there is one. Could you have imagined when you were 18 what your life would be like at 50? Not me for sure. I am also in the half a century bracket. It's only a number, I say. Over the hill, ha, well lets go down that hill and show the under 50 what its like to be 50 and fabulous.
I listen to your show on the radio in my vehicle each day on the job. I love your sense of selflessness and your keen ability to see a side of life most folks overlook or take for granted. I believe your ability to laugh at yourself first is what makes you such a great talent. We all need to laugh at ourselves and live each day to the fullest. Keep on keeping on, Ellen.
