Today In Ellen History

On this day in 1967, Ellen sings the 50 states song for her class. No one notices that she adds South Virginia as one of the states and forgets to include Ohio.

On this day in 2006, 3 year old Isabella Natallini cracks Ellen up when she sings “The 50 States Song,” It becomes one of the most beloved moments from the show.

Dear Ellen,
Finally there is someone on T.V. that is actually very funny. I am 36 years old (by the way HAPPY BIRTHDAY) you dont look a day over 32. I am a mother of a busy 8.5 year old boy named Jack and to our surprise another boy Adam who is 3 months old. I was working FT before the baby, now I get to watch you every morning. I've never laughed so hard - it must be that Canadian in me - I wish you were my neighbor so I could be laughing all the time and than I wouldnt have to go to the gym to loose my belly.
