ellen - i have a very good friend that has cancer for the 4th time-it is in 24 places in her body now-i am ill myself with a lung condition and i am on disability and she is my inspiration-she has 2 little girls and all she has ever wanted for them are nice girlie bedrooms - the girls rooms are really small and frankly their whole house needs work-she had a business for many years of making all natural lotions and potions i called the and for everything she sold she donated to the cancer society-they had to file bankrupcy this year and she lost her business and no one from any cancer society offered any help - it breaks my heart-i know she was to sick to keep the business going but how sad is all of this- i look next door and pray for her every morning-if i had the money i would help her and give her the gift she wants and needs for her house and her girls but i can't even afford to buy my self a car- i have a 1998 jeep - we live in cornfields in the middle of indiana and we are both private people - if you could find it in your heart to maybe gather donations from your friend to help her - it would mean so much - to want such simple things when you are fighting death-well she just deserves it so - she is so brave and so sweet and of all things she worries about me-i know you get many requests and i never miss your show - but i see the hardluck stories on your show and i feel for them but this girl has fought cancer for 22 years and has never asked for anything so i thought i would ask-keep up your good work and just so you know your show brings me laughter every day-on my bad breathing days i have to be careful watching you because i laugh so hard i have to do an extra breathing treatment-but its ok because i need to laugh -sincerly nancy mckillip
