Ellen! I've finally found my long lost twin (don't worry I won't ask you for anything) I'm just 6 months older than you . I am known best as your greatest admirer! People always tell me that you and I think alike, act alike... everything alike - except you make money doing it! Thank you for half a century of joys, smiles and laughter that could come from nobody else but YOU Ellen! Happy BDay with love.
Love, Linda Burge

Ellen I am your long lost twin... except I'm 6 months older than you. You are my idol, people everywhere say we think and act alike (except you make money..one little minor detail) I love you and God Bless You - you are fantastic. Hope you have something grand in store for your BIG Bday!

I miss you girl.. you see when you changed channels I am not able to see you or TIVO your show, as I did before. I know that you are going to have a blast on your B.Day (BIG DAY)

Happy birthday!! Wow, 50, that is special. Thank you for the joy and love you send every day. It really perks me up. Have a great celebration.

i think you are beautiful Ellen!

I have been a fan ever since you sang "Buttercup" on hold with the DMV ON 'tHESE FRIENDS OF MINE'..
Happy Birthday, You are so genuinely loved!!

Dearest Ellen,
50 is such a great age! You have grown into your own and people respect you more when you are 50! I know this I am 57. I hope your 50th year is the very best year ever and you will look forward to 51 next year. I hope your day is filled with everything wonderful and you are the happiest you have ever been. Lots of love on your special day.
Jill

Hi Ellen!! I want to wish you a wonderful 50th birthday. Being fifty is not bad, believe me, you are in the prime of your life. I am ten years older than you and love watching your show. You could make anyone feel young again. Your show comes on at 8 am here (TN) central time and I don't always wake up that early, so I have my DVR set to tape every show and I watch them all. I wish your show would still air here at 3 pm, like it used to, but that's okay cause I still watch the tapes. Also, I wish my daughter, granddaughter (they love you too) and I could attend your show someday, but Ca. is so far away, but I keep on hoping we can.
So Ellen. hope you have the best b'day ever and keep on keeping on!!!
Ka Ka Ka Kaaaaaaa!
Luv Ya,
Lynn

Wishing you a happy 50th Ellen. Love ya. I've got a few years to go before I get there, but I have to say "YOU DON'T LOOK YOUR AGE AND WHAT'S YOUR SECRET?" Is it really just the gift of dance?

happy 50th birthday ellen. enjoy yourself

and have fun. i remember my 50th i treated

myself to a tatoo on my ankle. that is the

only one i have and i still remember the

day i got it.

so you have a great day.

Happy B-Day Ellen!

Somehow I have managed to mentally file away my own 50th B-Day, but I remember my husband's like yesterday (it was 6 ys. ago). I woke up & said "oh, no. I'm a bad wife! We have made absolutely no plans for your 50th." My husband, Chris, said, "Oh you'll think of something", & went up to his loft/office to surf the "net", & sing that song that goes "He's havin' a BIRTHDAY...da-da--over & over again" I got into the kitchen & started doing what I do best. I made him a gigantic blueberry pie; then caribbean chicken, shrimp skewers, etc. Finally, I said, "You better invite some people over, 'cause we've got WAY too much food." He started calling people & I kept cooking: steak kebobs, veggie kebobs, black beans & rice, etc. Every time I cooked another dish, I'd tell him to invite someone else! Finally 20 people were here, with plenty to eat excluding dessert: it was only that ONE huge blueberry pie! Well, I decided that the only thing to do was to start with him & a fork, & tell him to pass it on when he was full. He was getting a little "sauced" by then, & singing a horrible "Happy Boo-Berry to me" song--which was enjoyed by all. The pie went all around the table with everybody ending up sated & happy. So, my advice to you, dear Ellen: Be spontaneous & do EXACTLY what you want on that special day!

Love you!

Hi Ellen
SO half way to 100!! YOU GO GIRL!! so whatcha gonna do for the second half of your life?? LIVE EVERYDAY TO THE FULLEST I BET. You are so much fun to watch and a wonderful role model for so many people. Dont ever change a thing!! I LOVE YOU and thanks for making me smile everyday!!

You look great for turning 50. I'm in the process of celebrating my the last few months of the 20th anniversary of my 29th birthday. Have a great one!!

Just saying Happy Birthday!! I just turned 51 in Dec. But I don't feel it and I try not to act it. I do what my grandmother taught me. Laugh and have a good time. She was on the dance floor dancing with me when she was in her 80's, now I know where I got it from. I have been told that I look in my 40's. I eat a lot of onions and garlic, they are good anti-aging foods. Plus laughter is good for the soul. So keep on dancing and laughing and you should have a wonderful life. love and blessings brenda
