Goodness, I'm sitting here watching the show and bawling. This kind of stuff just grabs my heart. Thank you for having that fantastic, wonderfully HAPPY young man on the show. So many of us just focus and blubber on about our petty little problems and people like this young man can really put things in perspective. We should all just keep our chins up and plow on.
WOW!!
Ellen,, I just LOVE your show. Keep on.
Wow Little Cody don't let nothing get him down he is a brave little guy! and very amazing. Thank you Ellen for having such a great show as always!

Cody, I am your second cousin and happened to be watching TV when your story was on Ellen. It was inspirational to see you. I have long followed your progress from Washington. I know that great, great grandpa Wright would be very proud of you and your family. Good Luck with following your dream of being a doctor.

WOW Cody you are such an inspiration. What a great young man you are. We all could sure learn a few lessons from your story. Good luck to you and keep up the great work.
Wow.
My wife told me to go online and see if they had a "great" story she saw this morning. She didn't tell me what it was about, just look for a great story.
I found it. Wow.
Cody, we all support you.
Thank you, Ellen, for bringing this to television.
Hi Ellen,
I felt your show on Cody really captured the
message of Cody. As his great Aunt this is the Cody We all know and love. An inspiration to all. My sister Margie (Codys grandmother) and I have had long talks over Cody and his zest for life. He truley has a mission and that is to inspire everyone who is going through a difficult time.I can't thank you enough for having his story on your show and to tell people the good works of the scotish rite
hospitals all over the u.s. and how they have help not only the McCasland family but other children and their families.Love and Kisses To you Cody!!! you did a super job.Aunt Sandy,

This kid is sooo amazing!!! He does love to swim & his swim instructor is MY youngest son, Chris Percy!!
Wow, what a great kid Cody is! It amazes me that a child that has gone through so many medical procedures wants to be a doctor. I hope that we'll get to see Cody again when he's in middle school, high school, college and when he finally becomes a doctor. Cody's parents we equally amazing people. What a great family!
Ellen,
Cody was such an insprational child.
I was just e-mailing my friend and told her I had to close because you were coming on TV and you make me laugh. My sister died of Breast cancer only a couple months ago and I am still very sad and so I look forward to your show to make me laugh. I even some time dance with you(at work) I love Gladys, she is a hoot.
Keep up the good work and I enjoy your shows so very much.

Ellen,
You amaze me.
Thank you for this inspirational show today 1/11/08.
God Bless you for showing the world how this young boy has inspired so many.
Working for law enforcement I see alot of negativity.
You helped many of my officers with this show today.
Thank you.
Cody-you are truly an amazing individual! What an inspiration to us all---Thank you Ellen for having people on your show such as Cody to show us how fortunate we all are and how ATTITUDE really is EVERYTHING:) I love you Ellen---always making me laugh and cry**
Today's show touched me so much. Not only is Cody a couragious and amazing boy, but we also have to commend his parents. We need more parents in the world that are encouraging and inspirational to their children. With so much child abuse in our world, it is nice to see that there are still some decent parents out there. I have a 9 month old son and this story encourages me that when things are difficult, there are others that overcome bigger obstacles than what I have. Thank you for having Cody (and his mom) on your show today.
