Perhaps, to the untrained eye, it looks like only 1 second to air, but if you were there in person, you would know that Ellen stands frozen in place for several minutes before the start of every show.

Once again, to the untrained eye, It may look like her foot is moving but the truth is that, like millions of Americans, Ellen suffers from "Blurryfoot."
