Hi Ellen! I really love your show and will miss it when I have to go back to work. I had to have surgery on my foot and have been home for the last six weeks. I do get a chance to watch your show on Friday's, but not the rest of the week. I will miss seeing your show everyday as you always make me laugh, smile and feel better. I think you are a great person in all that you do for others. Keep up the great work!

hI eLLEN,I love your show very much ,I get it between 4&5 everyday.My husband has a fit,as I am suppose to be making dinner for him.He is a real pain when it comes to his food time.I just tell him to shut and wait till you are over.Same thing every day.But I still watch you,for years,.One day I would love to be able to come see your show,this way I would not have to listen to him.!MEN!Guess when you get old that happens.

I'm a big fan of your show, and I saw the CHocolate Cheese Fudge recipe that Paula Dean cooked up for you. But I think what is sweeter than that is the 8 year old prodigy you had on your show who goes by the moniker of Anthony Garguola...he was awesome to say the least and I agree with you that somebody should sign him up to a recording contract and or put him in a movie...I wish Anthony all the best and hope all his dreams come true.

sorry i did not get to see the show with my favorite paula dean, but i had to work. i watched the clip of y'all making the cheese fudge, it was great. could you please post the reciepe for the fudge on your page. you looked so suprised that it was that good. i have to try some. hope you & yours has a safe & wonderful CHRISTMAS. i will be watching on the 26 of jan, because that is my birthday also. i too will be turning 50. i can not wait.

Love you and your show. I am looking forward to making the Chocolate Cheese Fudge. Would like to know more about the caramel and the white chocolate that was used. Should I use the caramel sauce in the jar or melt caramel candy? Also what kind of white chocolate is recommended? Would greatly appreciate the info.
