Hi Ellen,
Just wanted to let you know that you always make my day a happy day.
My little grandson, Jimmy, all of 15mths old dances everytime your show is on. Yesterday, however he was just amazed with Blake Lewis. He sat watching for a couple of seconds while he was singing and then got up and started dancing more than I have ever seen before. It was Great As i said before you always make me have a good day. It's in the high 60's right now so now would be a better time than say in late spring/early summer. Then it's just too damn hot!

I'm currently 11 and have been watching your show since...I don't know! A long, long time. You are awsome. I love your segments like, "Best photos ever" and stuff. I love Blake's music and he has really improved his beboxing a lot since American Idol. E-mail me or my mom(she has the same e-mail) personally sometime! Better yet, give us tickets to the show. Just wanted to tell you that I've been a fan since you appeared first time on Johnny Carson. I am one month younger than you, originally from Louisiana(Morgan City), & my daughters think you're great, also. They comment on how good you look for your age...I wish they would say the same for me (ha-ha). I have always been told that I should have been a comedian, & I think we probably have alot in common. Keep up the fantastic work you do-making people laugh must be the best line of work to be in. I hope you enjoy the sunshine you spread as much as we all enjoy it!!!
The other day as I was cleaning my gutters and raking and amassing huge piles of leaves I asked myself, "Where the hell is Houston when you need him?" Then I thought of you, of course, as I do every day around show time. Anyways, it would be nice to know how some of those people are doing that used to work on the show. I wrote a long email yesterday, after taking my flu meds. But I am "scrambled" all the time. My mom watched your first sitcom. She loved to laugh. Thanks for bringing my mom some joy. Hi Ellen just thought I would tell how much we love your show. My kids range from 2 to 9 years old and they would rather watch your show than cartoons so we made it like family movie hour lol. I recently turned into a stay home mom and it so nice to relax and watch your show it is the only time the kids are quit.lol We are all trying to win a part in the 12 days of giveaway at our house it is like the Lottery!!!

I don't think there could be a sweeter person on television than YOU!! You really know how to entertain your audiance. Especially through the strike. I really think you have done better with out them.....Just kidding ;-] I love your 12 days of Christmas presents..they are things people could really use and need. Who needs a $3,000.00 watch, diamond earring or a diamond necklace. What are you going to do with those??? Vaccumes,telephones,ebooks,tennis shoes, jeans,Harry Potter.....those are the things people need most....well an occasional car is great, as long as they are not driving a mercedes already... You are truly the best talk show hostess in my books, I used to watch the other person a lot but realized that money can't buy you great and loyal fans...You are the ONE who really cares for her fans because your presents are presents everyone NEEDS ....Have a Very Merry Christmas,take care and God Bless.....
