Tried to find where to enter your 12 days of christmas contest. No luck.

I'm in my 80's and I love your show, but get real upset when you turn to your guest at the time of the commercial, and obviously talk to him/her while we have to listen to a dumb commercial. I want to know what you two are talking about--is it funny? personal? Why do you do this?

What can I say good about you that hasn't already been said! Oh wait...no yeah that's been said. There are no words to describe how amazing of a person you are except maybe WHAAAAT!!!! I am 19yrs old from Houston, Texas and me and my entire family (yes even the men) watch your show about 12 times a day. I should say 12 times a night because I work and go to school full time so we get together after dinner to watch you. Everyone I know in Houston loves you and watches you daily. Why wouldn't they!I just want to say(oh gosh I'm tearing up) that I love, adore and admire you so so much. You are the strongest and smartest person ever and I thank you so sincerely for making me and everyone laugh everyday and lifting our spirits and taking our minds to a better and greater place for that one hour each and every day. My family has been through a tough year this year and from me and my family we just want to say thanks Ellen!. Thank you for you. In the words of Gladys, "Keep on Keepin' on!" We LOVE you Ellen. HEY Ellen,

i don't have much faith this Christmas,but you make it a little more managable, why put a Christmas tree up, when you have nothing to put under it. Last year my husband and I of 25 years (Nov8) became homeless,sleeping in our truck,we managed to get up enough gas to get to Virgina,where my husband finally found a job, enough to pay bills anyway,but not me,without transportation its hard to get around. We had to protect our grandchild,he turned out okay,we homeless. we finally found an apt in Oct,but Christmas is an impossibility here. I will think of the Lords birthday on that day what it's all about anyway. Maybe next year will be better than the last 2. Always can hope anyway. But I hope yours is wonderful Ellen you bring joy to many. Even a smile on my face when you dance. Say a prayer for me please and the viewers also.

Just wanted to say thanks.In may of 07 i fell at work and fractured my back (L1)I thought of you when you hurt your back.Hope yours fells better .My it's getting there.First 3 mouths i was in bed.I would watch your show as much as possible before i fell.After i fell i watch it in morings and then again in afternoon.YOU ARE SO FUNNY .You do so much for many poeple .I WISH NOTHING BUT HAPPINESS. THANKS AGAIN
