Don't forget, Canada Loves Ellen

Hello Ellen. I wonder, will you see this? My son can play a tune on his cheeks but won't make a tape to send in to you. I just got an e mail from a good friend and it shows ventriloquist (sp?) Terry Fator. Ellen, if you don't already know about him, I encourage you to check him out. He sings and does an amazing job of it - I think you'd love him.

I love your show. It brightens my day. Thank you so much for your vision and your committment.

I went to sign up to win on the 12 days of giveaways and those of us living in Canada can't do it. Bummer.

You are the best!! If you ever want to invite a Canadian (and Registered Alien) to be on your show, think of me. Thanks Ellen.

Ellen,
You have got to see these little videos I take with my phone of my mother. She is tooo funny, she does these to entertain her 16 grandchildren and 2 great. She is the type of person who enjoys life and doesn't sweat the little things.
I think you would just love these videos.
We enjoy watching your show.
ps.How do we send you the video clips?

Ellen, what can I say, you are the best. I watch your show everyday and when I can't I record it. I just read some of your posts and you can see how well loved you are. This will be my first holiday season without my mom. She passed away the day after Easter and I miss her terribly. Anyway, I don't want to get all teary eyed on you, I just wanted to say how much I appreciate your show and everything you do for everyone. My wish is for your staff and your family to have the best Holiday Season you all could possibly have.

Sherlynn

Ellen,

I guess that we all have heartfelt stories that we all are wanting to win, something myself included. I guess if I could have anything in this world it would be to have my father back for my mom. He died about 18 months ago. He died of lung cancer and I still cant believe hes gone. He is the closest person to me that has ever died so I have never ever really had to mourn that loss. Its a very difficult thing to do. This is my second Christmas without him and I still think or him and what I need to get him. Its that way for all the holidays. I think of my mom alone and wish that I could give her my father back. He married a woman with 4 children that were not his and treated and supported us like we were his. He wanted to adopt us but the other father said no even though he had no contact with us for over 20 years. My mom is very special to me as yours is to you. No matter what he was my dad and I miss him so much. I keep thinking I can pick up the phone and talk to him but thats just not possible. One day in heaven I will see him again.I hope that he nows he is loved and missed deeply, ecspecially by mom. If I cant give mom him then I wish I had the ability to get all her children and grandchildren together to go on some type of vacation together, But the funds are not there. I pray for you and your continued success in your career life and your personnal life. May God Bless and Keep you safe always. Merry Christmas

Colbie Caillat is amazing... I would kill to see her life... I would do even more to sing with her... She's amazing...

Hi Ellen,

I think I should have been a talent scout. I remember howling with laughter at you when you played a long-haired, skirt-wearing secretary on a short-lived show years ago. I think it was called "Duet" and you worked at a real estate agency or something. Even though you weren't the main character, in my opinion, you were the star. You were totally unknown, but I knew you'd make it.

So when Ellen (the sitcom) came along, I remember saying, "Hey! I know her!" My husband and I watched your show faithfully.

Just wanted to share a trip down Memory Lane.

Oh, and by the way, my husband is from Metairie! Small world, eh?

Have a wonderful holiday!

Tracy

Hi Ellen,
I just watched you surprise Jill in Portland CT. for the second time. Each time it brought a tear to my eye to see how happy she and her family were because of your generosity. It warms my heart to see wonderful people like yourself. I wish you and your family and crew a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I would also like to thank you for another year of daily smiles and laughs as I watch your show. Happiness is the best gift anyone can give someone. God Bless You and Yours.

From Ontario,Canada:

Ellen, from up north, I do watch your show and love every minute of it. Being a Canadian Forces Military Member, it give me laughter to watch your show and makes me forget, for a short time, of the war in Afghanistan, where some of my military brothers and sisters are there right now. I wish you a great Christmas season and keep up your great work. Merci.

Carole

Hey there Ellen!!!

Wow...All I can say is everytime I get a chance to watch your show it brings a smile to my face. I lost my mother when I was 15 to cancer and my father almost 5 years after her to heart disease. It's been really hard but I keep pushing through. Keep praying that things will get better. Finishing up with massage hours at school and working two jobs...I keep thinking God only gives you what you can handle...? Maybe SOMEDAY i'll make it on your show...tha'd be funi'd like to learn to play the guitar so i can write my songs.I am a singer.More Country music than anything but it's what makes me happy and what my dream is.I'd give anything tosing professionally for the rest of my life.I probably wouldn't be able to stop laughing.=)
