Just wanted to tell you Happy 700th episode!! I think you are wonderful. You are one of the most generous famous people that I have ever seen. I know at this moment people are saying that you shouldn't have crossed the writers picket lines however, I believe in what you are doing. You are not only thinking of the other people who work for you and need their pay check.... for example the people who clean the bathrooms or sweep the floors, but you are also thinking of your fans who plan trips around you and your show, and those of us who plan their day around your show.
I appreciate the smiles that you share with the world and especially me. You are great!!!!

I'm married...to a man... Raphael and I wouldn't have it any other way. :)
We moved to Chicago from South Florida in mid-September. Since, I'm currently working from home I take my break at 3:00 p.m. to watch your show. LIFE IS GOOD! Anyway, I was so excited about moving to Chicago because Oprah's here and I thought I'd get to be in her audience. But forget Oprah now, I want to move to...where are you? NY or CA? Anyway, I want to see you in person so that I can give you a big granny hug (I'm only 37) and get my dance on with you. Seriously, I'm working on that. No, not moving just flying out to hang with you.
Anyway Ellen, I love you because you make me laugh, you love to dance, you seem so sincere and you're so giving. You move me with your generosity and compassion.
God bless you and may He bless you with 7 x 700 more episodes so that you can continue what you were called to do and is so good at...living life to the fullest and encouraging others to do it too.
Oh,I could go on (I'm windy like that...even before Chicago) But I won't.
Just one thing...please don't tell Oprah what I said. I love her too! It's tough... I'm really torn.

congrats on #700! I just want to mention that I didn't think anyone had phones with cords on anymore...........every phone in my house is cordless which helps me go from one room to another! Good luck on the upcoming 50th birthday....I just had mine a few weeks ago & it wasn't very good for me but I'm sure yours will be fabulous.

I have retired this year after 38 years of teaching elementary school. I could list a lot of things I like about retirement and right at the top of the list is that I can now sit back and enjoy watching "Ellen" every day!!!!!! Now it make along day taking my Lunch break that early...lol..But I love your show, and can't wait to watch you. Unfortunately the only time I get to watch your show is either my day off, or on the Net.(sneaking this at work now). I think you are amazing but I don't get home in enough time to watch your show. My children are grown up, I have only experienced one vacation in my life (don't want to go there), and I would love to come to Cali to see your show but my funds are limited. If you are privy to someone who can sponsor myself, and my 2 best friends(they always look out for me, so I am doing the same),please,please let me know. Okay, enough begging that's tacky, but you get the idea. Email a Sister, Okay? I need a vacation!
