Hi Ellen, I'm a working girl(um... in an office that is)I Love vacation for two reasons and you are one of them. Sure I watch your reruns, but I feel left behind for some reason while doing so. You are so great that I think there should be a new law to mandate the hour of your show to play in all offices all over the world. It would be like the best feel good hour because you make it so. Keep it up and stay out there. Love ya.

i love your show - i laugh so hard my gut hurts. girl, you're a trip "that girl just ain't right!!!" i guess those that get you aren't right either - or - maybe we are right and they're all wrong, hmmmm???
i dig the way you have such a voice for animals. people complain and get upset over those of us who fight for those who can't fight for themselves, say things like we should spend time fighting for battered women and yadda yadda --- yeh, that's a give-in - but there are plenty of people fighting for them and the like (including the victims themselves!) i've never seen a dog or cat take the stand as victim of violence or get food stamps and welfare check!!!

Ellen, Happy Birthday in January. You look great, wouldn't have guessed you were going to be 50. Not to say 50 is old, but you do look so much younger than 50. My thirteen year old daughter, Jaime and I really love your show. You keep us laughing!!

I've been a fan forever. I love your show. I Tivo it everyday. I would love to come to your show but I don't have the financial means to get there. I'm so sorry about the writers strike.I know you miss your writers. However, I have to say you are doing a fabulous job without them. Keep your chin up.

Ellen, Why don't you come dance out on the picket lines with the writers???? Because of selfish people like you this strike is going to go longer and many people will lose their homes. How do you live with yourself??? YOU'LL FIGHT FOR A DOG BUT NOT FOR PEOPLE??? Wow.

I could use HTML tags for style, but I don't even know what they are. I will be 50 in January also, just not THIS January. I'd love for you to invite me for your birthday, but at this time I'd also like to inform you that you can be the first on your block to try for tickets to my birthday 1/11/09. Location to be determined later based on a formula- best location divided by best top shelf marg times cheapest prices. Gifts are optional but all attendees must be accompanied by a designated driver and have made a home-made birthday card-ambiguous comments and double entendres are expected!!!!!!

I think Ellen's show is the best. I love her wacky sense of humor and all the music and dancing- she's so Ellen! This is as good as it gets when it comes to entertaining day time TV talk shows. Her show is always a joy to watch- easily one the brightest spots in my day when it comes to TV viewing. She's great with her guests be they celeb's or real people and she never fails to deliver something funny several times over with each show. She makes me laugh and smile on a daily basis- what more could you ask for? With laughter being the best medicine-Ellen must have one of the healthiest audiences out there.

WOW...you're gonna be 50 in January!!!! I would never have guessed, you look absolutely awesome. I just want to tell you I think you're a wonderful, compassionate person. I've followed your career since your first episode of Ellen (which I loved) back in the early 90's. I think you have a wonderful gift of bringing out the best in people and I just wanted to thank you for the daily smile you put on my face. GIRL...you make my day!

Hello Ellen,

Me and my mom totally LOVE your show! But sometimes we get shows like a bit late. Which can be a bit heartbreaking. :-( But today (11/14/07) was like an amazing day because it was early release, I got the best score possible (20) on Brain Age the Nintendo DS Game, AND me and my mom got to see your on time score!!! WOoHOo!!! So I'm happy too because my birthday is in two weeks!!!

Hey, Ellen! So you're turning 50! You want to go to Vegas in March to celebrate?
My friend Nan turns 60 in January and I turn 50 in April so we're heading to Vegas. We went when we turned 50 and 40 but took our husbands. Not this time!!! :-)
