Ellen, I love that you are as close to your mom as you are. I lost my mom in 2003 and she was my best friend and when the holidays come around it gets really lonely but I can watch your show and for at least an hour I don't feel quite so lonely because I see how much you love your mom and how much you really love & care about people.Keep doing what you are doing. Happy Holidays & Happy
Birthday and many more to you and your mom. Hold on to her tight! Because she is your Guardian Angel!

YOU ARE THE GREATEST PERSON THAT EVER HIT TV !!!!!

Dear Ellen

Ellen: I look forward to your show each afternoon. You are an inspiration. My Mom was my best friend, too. She's gone on to be with our Lord now since Jan. 2005.

Recently a 12-year girl in our area was riding her bike home from school, the tire fell off the pavement and she fell under the wheels of a school bus loaded with children. The bus ran over her head. Also, there were several other loaded buses, and many eye-witnesses to this horrible accident. No one will ever be the same that was at this scene. She only lived one day, but her wonderful parents, even in their tremendous grief, donated her organs, and the receipent of her heart was another 12 yr old area girl who has had numerous open-heart surgeries, but never a transplant. If your staff could search "The Knoxville News Sentinel" in Knoxville, TN on Nobember 9, 10, 11th, and also search on WBIR, Channel 10 in Knoxville, TN, there are many sad but uplifting stories about this accident. I think this would be a very good story for your show sometime. It is a wonderful example of true love for each other. Thank you very much.

LOVE YOU AND YOUR SHOW. Keep'em coming.

Hi Ellen,
I did spell that right, huh?
Anyhow, just wanted to say how much I enjoy your show.. am actually glad our antenna went on the fritz and we had to use something that only brought in a couple stations, you on one being the best... I try not to miss a show. Oh yah, it is alright that you didn't call me to cheer me after my shoulder replacement surgery, after all, it was my second one and then there was the back surgery last Feb.... So there were only 3 surgeries in less than 3 years, but it is fine.. I understand how busy you must be and I know you are doing a lot more important things than calling me.. Heck, I need a good vacation someplace where people wait on me, since I can't do much, anyhow, so don't even give something as cheap and easy to do as a phone call to cheer me a thought.. OK.. well now that I have said that and told you how great you are, guess I will shut up.. :o)
Have a great day, God Bless, Betty in Va.

I loved your show this week. The lady with the animals was such a great story. I was so happy to see James Taylor on the show. You misled everyone though about where James is from. He is from Chapel Hill, NC just like your game contestant Allison. Not SC like you told her! Anyway, the show is still imaginative and great without the writers.

Ellen,

You are awesome. Even on a bad day, just watching your show changes everything. You bring joy to me.

God-bless you. HAPPY-Happy-Birthday&Many more!

Hi Ellen: I don't want to say what every one does when they contact you. Things like, I can't believe you might even read this, or I love your show, and you make my day a great day because you always make me laugh. Truth is, all of the above is true. I guess if I were to only have one thing to say to you is, thank you. I admire the fact that you stand tall for who you are. We could all use a dose of humble listening. Hats off to you Ellen. Thanks for being the unique person you are. God Bless, Felicia
