Sometimes, just before the show, Ellen likes to impersonate a mob boss. It helps to loosen her up before she goes out in front of her audience. She will approach the crew back stage and in a raspy, gravelly, voice she'll
ask, "You talkin' to me?" Then, before anyone can answer, Ellen becomes Ellen again just in time for her show when there's only ...30 Seconds To Air.

When It's On

Hi Ellen, Say whatttttttttttttttttttt haha. I love your show I watch everyday. I loved you show when you had the sitcom. I sure did feel sorry for you when you hurt your back, you know when you get older you find out you can not do as many things like you use to. I know I hurt my back to but like a dummy I went and had surgery. Now I am scared for life. I can not do all that I use to do. I am glad to see your doing better and keep on with that dancing I love it. I use to baby sit a 1 year old and was teaching her how to dance by watching your show she loved it.
Keep on keeping on.
Good luck,Josephine
