does anyone have any information about a $50,000 grant schools can receive to clean up the environment? I was watching the show, but can't find it anywhere on her page! Does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about? could you please please email or post a comment here!

I am so sorry to here that some one has the dog but what they show have dun what give the dog to the kid it not right they did that. they are to be there to help give good home to the animal and i no in your heart that you did some thing good and i pray that you keep up the good job and i will pray that you and your friend well get the dog back take care your friend alway Pauline

I am so disappointed in you. Why did you not take these folks to the shelter with the dog and ask the shelter operator to consider an adoption? You have a unique opportunity to inform and educate which you have taken seriously and done such good job in the past. This was a shock to see you use your program to "bully" the shelter owner. What did you think would happen? Sorry that how it plays in the cheap seats. Did you not have a dog that you returned to a shelter named Lucy? I have a hard time believing that you did not know the protocol. This seems so out of character for you. This kind of an issue could hurt those small shelters that take care of lots of unwanted pets and use their own personal funds. I think it would be a good thing to help educate the public about the importance of temperment matching. And folks need to understand how important this aspect of pet adoption is and why it is done. Adopting a pet is a serious choice and the shelters take it seriously. Anything that can impact their credibility can put shelters, families and animals in a very risky position. I hope that does not happen. But this melodrama did not help.

My heart broke so badly when i saw Ellen cry. It was devastating. I teared myself. I love animals so much. Iggy's happiness was at his previous place. How can people do that?

Sorry about the doggy. You signed a contract, much like the one I signed from the Humane Society. I could have pursued getting my cat back from a neighbor but, the cat is a roamer-probably why he wound up in the Humane Society. Love Ya Ellen

When was the last time you shed tears on TV for the homeless, hungry, abused children of the world? A dog does'nt even compare.
