Rosie should NOT fill in for Ellen!! No one is as funny and REAL as ELLEN! She is on the list of people I would love to meet.
Keep up the great work Ellen! Keep making us laugh!
Ellen: I just want to say that I think you're great. At times I think that I would like to stay home from work just so I can watch your show. How do keep your perspective on being a celebrity so that you don't get snooty and yucky? You come across as being very genuine - a real rarity these days (or any days...)
Anyway, thanks for being who you are. I am always inspired.
Hi Ellen,
Rosie O'Donnell should fill in for Ellen DeGeneres, then Rosie O'Donnell will have to ask the D.J. Stryker to play jazz music (Epspecially when Ellen DeGeneres is not here).
Melissa.
Hello Ellen,
Lucky for me I was home sick today - only lucky in that I got to watch your show! You always make me laugh - and today you made me cry when you started crying. Sorry you had such a bad experience Ellen. Shame on that company!! Hopefully they will do the right thing and give the dog back to the family.
Thank you for bringing sunshine into our lives every day Ellen. You are the absolute best.
Dawn C.
Dear Ellen,
Sorry to hear about the situation with your puppy. I have been involved in dog rescue for the past 17 years. When this kind of situation happens, which it does in every group, all they had to do was do a home visit and redo a contract with the new family! You did not lie, nor withhold any info of where the puppy was! Sounds like to me that they took advantage of a situation to use the "media" for their gain. I just hope this doesn't deter you from adopting again. Not all groups are like that!!!!
Love your show,
Linda

I just saw your heart broke because of the puppy. I am so sorry. The nerve of them to doubt you, as they should know your compassion for animals and contributions to those agencies. Did they think you wouldnt find a good home? I can understand the new owners signing new paperwork but not to take the puppy out of the home. I am sure with the publicity they will get the puppy back. How drastic for that act, absoutley absurd. That puppy now is sleeping in a kennel with a million other dogs and scared!! I am a little pissed !!!!

Hey ELLEN,
Having Chef Ramsay on your show was the greatest ever, he is so good at what he does and it never hurts that he is sooooo sexy. I think you should have him on your show more often.
Love your show Ellen you are so funny and so caring, you make me laugh all day long.
Ellen-
Those people at the shelter should be highly embarrassed of themselves. Why should the police have been brought into the situation? It's not like you are a Michael Vick. That shelter should think before they act when it comes to you. I think they owe you a huge apology!!
God bless you and your generous spirit in helping that dog find a forever home. Shame on the agency for interfering! As my husband says, 'No good deed goes unpunished'. Taking the initiative often blows up in ones face unfortunately. I hope the agency is embarrassed by it's ridiculous adherence to formalities and sets things right.
Ellen,
There are not many times while watching television that the host shows their true emotions. My heart goes out to you as you are dealing with the situation between the rescue shelter, taking Iggy away from the family you placed him with, and if you did the right thing. You did do the right thing. You were not able to keep Iggy in your home. You did not dump Iggy along the road somewhere, you did not just ignore the situation. You took it into your own hands and found a proper, loving home for Iggy. Now he is in the hands of the shelter, all because of a clause written in the contract. This is where we as society have become so hard to certain situations. There are so many questions...but the main one being, why could they not first evaluate the family. Talk to you, talk to the new owners...and then decide what needs to be done.
Know that my heart is with you at this time.
Warmest hugs from Iowa. Linda Fobian
Hi Ellen

Ellen, I'm in love with Gordon Ramsay. Your cooking segment was the best I've ever seen. It was amazing that he didn't actually curse you or your cooking ability. Keep up the good work and maybe he'll send you to the Culinary Arts Institute.
ellen.watched your show tues, oct 16th...every time i watch u, i think of my best friend who i lost coming up to 3 yrs, here soon.......your personality is soooooooo much like her!!!any way i watched u cry...i cried with u. you did do the right thing, the adoptive agengcy is like the state, they make more stress and problems in family"s then there EVER had to be. put on the air the name of this company and lets see them define the words ..love...caring,sercurity,stable,..they took this away from your dog but the worst part is what they have shown to those little girls and what they took from them, it was more then the dog. it was there faith and trust and there innocents........all in the name of "CARING". THERE WAS SOOOO many other ways to go about this where no one would have to go threw this pain. my thoughts are with you but more for the girls and the pup,he has no idea why he woke up and his world has been torn apart .....now that is just WRONG........soooooooooooo...lets do something about this!!!!it sounds like this company runs from their wallet and not from their heart, all in the name of caring!!! give me a break.........
Hi Ellen......You Are The Best!!
Thank you so much for having Gordon Ramsay on your show...made my day....he is an amazing man....hope to see more of him on your show....we just love Gordon Ramsay in Canada........CHEERS
I loved you with Gordon Ramsay. I think he is great! The video cut off just when you were putting the salt and pepper on the Bok Choy. On the clip of the day and the one here. I was so disapointed. I missed your show yesterday and I wish there was a repeat coming up. Wasn't the character "Steve Johnson" from Days of Our Lives suppose to be on your show yesterday?
I love you Ellen and I am so sorry about the incident with the puppy. You did nothing wrong!
Keep up the good work.
Ellen,
I think this clip of you cooking was about as funny as the one with you and The Queen of the South, Paula Dean. I have always loved her because she can be so funny. It just made it twice as funny when she cooked with you. So hilarious.
Keep on trying cause you are so making us laugh at home everyday.
Thanks for being who you are and sharing with all of us.
Hilarious segment with Gordon! I can not cook at all and would have done the same thing as you! I was cracking up when you called the lucky home viewer with her good news about winning the new kitchen appliances and you told her you like to sometimes make crab tortellini. Funny stuff Ellen! Take care! Amy from PA
Whaaaaaat? you in the kitchen, no way Ellen. Hey you look very cute trying to cook up something with that british accent cook. LMAO! it was too funny when he told you to suate something in the pan, and you thought he said salt, cuz thatwas the exact same thing that I thought. LOL Nice try for someone he never cooked. EXCELLENTE!
Hi Ellen
The video clips cuts off — as I'm from New Zealand have still to see the episode featuring Gordon Ramsay.
This was a different Gordon than we are all familiar with. Tell me! did he manage to do the show without shouting and cussing. He has such energy and always seems to do all his preparation and cooking at double speed, even talks flat out.
Wish I could cook even a quarter as good as him. Better still he could cook for me. Perhaps not! one might put on too much weight.

Dear Ellen... yesterday with Gordon Ramsey was wonderful. You should keep him coming back every week or every other week or even once a month. You two have great chemistry. I think you bring out the gentle side in him.
The assumption is made that every woman can cook and it's just not true. If Gordon Ramsey could bring easy gourmet dishes for us to learn how to make, how cool would that be?
Hey, I love the way you handled that Bokchoy!! Way to go!! :)
