Hi Ellen I like the way you eat so healthy. I make low fat recipes and snacks for me and my boyfriend. We are not as skinny as you but we keep from getting any fatter. You'd fit in great here at our house. My husband and I eat salads EVERY night for dinner! People laugh at us and make fun of me for not cooking a real dinner, but what's better than a great salad, I say!! ... and our 7 month old twins just started eating baby food. They hate cereal and fruit, but love the veggies! Good stuff!!! Keep being the healthy influence that you are!!!
