My name is Sarah Puiatti and I am 14. I live in Australia (South Australia)so my mother can't email you or watch any of your showslive and has always wanted to. My mother Leah works everyday but always finds the time to tape and watch your show. She admires the way you treat people, she thinks your funny and I always find my mother laughing at you. Even though my Mum might not know how much I really do appreciate her I wanted to do this to show her how much I do. My mother has given up a lot of her dreams and her time to bring my brother and myself up. She is constantly working and running around after me and my brother with our school stuff, my brothers work, our sports and taking us over to friends houses. I know you may get a lot of these letters and can't give everyone what they want but I would really appreciate it if you would be able to fly my mother over there to watch one of your shows. She has always wanted to meet you but hasn't had the time and we probably can't afford it and I think this would mean the world to her. My mother doesn't know that I am writing this letter, I wanted it to be a surprise. If you would be able to do this one thing I'm sure my mother would be grateful. Please contact me back.

Hi first of all I love your show, but I would like to bring an issue out to the people. I live in downtown Toronto. When I was walking down the our main street "Yonge" street I noticed that people had spit out their used gum all over the sidewalk and now the new white sidewalks looks filthy and just plain ugly. I want the city of Toronto to issue fines to the people for littering our streets. Secondly, I think that their should be labels on the gum packages to advise the public to dispose of the used gum properly in garbage bins etc. Thirdly I want the gum manufacturers to be held responsible to clean up our main streets once a month if they wish to continue to sell their products. I know we live in a free country but do we have to go as far as Singapore and ban the sale of chewing gum? I'm sure every single city in North America has this same disgusting problem, lets FIX IT!!

Hey Ellen,

Google "The Rich Love Band" and listen to the scratch tracks of "Wander" and "We'll Be Fine." These songs are about rising above hope and will be mastered sometime in June...music video of WBF will follow. My concept album is about reaching world peace by simply leaving all results entirely to a higher power...LOVE! It's easy if you try!

Also, I put a comedy bit up and soon there will be some funny video stuff I've done.

I want to share w/you that I'll be receiving for the 2nd time in my school district here in NJ the Gov. Tchr/ESP Award for the yr. I've been with my school district since 1978 and I'll be honored on June 9th at 7:30 pm at the school bd mtg w/my other colleagues who also received this award for the yr from their perspective buildings that they work in. I wish you could be there but w/your shows I'm sure you cannot make it. So I want to invite you in the future to our Phillipsburg Educa. Scholarship Fundraiser that will be holding and I'm on the committee. We will be holding a 50's, 60's dance to raise money for our students who participate in our annual Scholarship that's held once a yr. Maybe I can have you attend that if willing and if not maybe you can come to my 50th b.day party in 2009 of Sept.

I have been wanting to find out if infact you vacationed in the Olympic North West near the oceans, National rainforest, and very near to the Canadian border,spefically the Canadian city Victoria BC? I ask this because close to ten years ago I had the pleasure of working at a Subway sandwich shop right on highway 101 where you could also purchase gas. I since have seen many of your weekly, hourly, shows and just think your very kind, genrious, and outgoing, not to forget to add very spontaniously funny and so clever. So would it be possible could you in wanting your privacy looked right at me while traveling with a gentleman,possibly your brother, would you if asked are you Ellen would you shrewdly answer no and not say another word leave and just go about your day? This always raises question in my mind of that day because the woman who I like to refer to as Ellen was down right angered by my assumtion. I realize being a clebrity would limit your privacy in public locations but I've always debated or not you felt no one from our community would question your identiy or know ABC once had a sitcom called Ellen where she told the veiwing audience in the script she was a lesbian. So please solve this query I've wondered since the late nities did you make a trip up to the coast of WA with a male friend possibly brother late nineties?
I'm very good with faces and this Ellen who sounded like Ellen saying no she was not Ellen wasn't friendly Ellen like the current Ellen we've all grown to love so could you have an evil twin or are you in rescent years possibly making ammends for all the horrible things that can seem to go unnoticed until you find yourself wealthy but lost and needing that bald man thatcomes on your show and writes books on giving freely and how the rewards of giving without having to receive have to be practiced by the funny but sometimes very rude "Ellen" that I believed visited the pacific coast, a trip up 101 for a joy ride where there aren't any four to six lane highways so if you or staff make an effort to weed through my personal voiced opinions please let me know where you were when traveling during April of 1998 and December of 99. Hope you have clever,honest response to my bold and ten year wonderement of weather you were the toutist from anywhere or the very famous Ellen DeGeneres herself.
