A Message from Ellen

Well, Season 5 is in full swing. We're deep into it. Four shows on the air and 166 to look forward to. We really started it off right...actually it was more to the left. Our first guest was Democratic Presidential Hopeful, Senator Hillary Clinton. (DPHSHC for short). But, to all of you Republican Presidential Hopefuls, I'd like to talk to you too. ( Please note that Hillary brought me gifts.)
New York is always a great place to start something, whether it's a new season, a clothing line or a pub crawl. We were only there for a couple days, but I got to see a lot.


And when we got back to Burbank, Paula Deen stopped by to cook up some bread pudding made of Krispy Kreme Donuts! What didn't go in our mouths ended up in the pudding...and that's where the proof is.
Jeff Corwin brought some animals with him. His lion cub wanted to attack me, and I thought a vulture was gonna have me for lunch...and I don't mean at a nice restaurant.
Luckily, I survived because next week Daniel Radcliffe is gonna be here. And after much controversy, Kathy Griffin will be on the show for the first time. And it doesn't matter if it rains on Thursday because we can all hide under Rihanna's Umbrella-ella-ella-hey-hey-hey. We'll also meet teacher/astronaut Barbara Morgan and the Space Shuttle Endeavor crew. I can't wait for Friday when my unbelievably talented friend KANYE WEST stops by! He's gonna sing his new song, "Stronger."
I'm way too excited, I'll never fall asleep - I guess that's a good thing because it's only 10 a.m. See you next week!

hi ellen things have been bad this year i lost my job my aunt took me and her daughter in a three bedroom house so there is 6 of staying in a house with one bathroom and my aunt is going blind her husband is 100% on oxygen my cuzin son just had eye surgery im telling we can not have anymore bad luck i lost my car my house

Oh Boy how do you start to tell you how much you make me laugh......You mentioned about the time you were in New York..WELL When are you coming back and could you please send me some tickets. (Like no one has ever asked you that before) Only difference is I hope you will send them this time.

Hey ellen how can i get on your show. I have the cutest baby he is 18 months old and he loves to sing and dance. I think is so cool that you help people specially with the econamy the way it is. i would send you a picture but i don't have a computer we don't have the money to get one i bearly make enouogh to get buy but i promise that my kids are very cute . please write back.

hey ellen just thought you should know you always make my life alittle happier. Each time i have a break from school i am always up at nine watching your show and laughing at every bit of it. Your my favorite talk show on television. I'm seventeen years old, go to Salisbury Christian School, and was hoping i could ask for some advice. All i think about is how I can't afford to go to college and my parents have sacrificed enough of their money my whole life to give me a christian education. If there is any way possible you could help well honestly i dont know what i would do . I love your show completely and you never stop or it will make all of our lives a little sadder. Hi Ellen i have tried to send you facebook messages & enter into you giveaways but its not possible as i live in australia how unlucky am i. i find your show very entertaining, im 44 years 7 have been married for 25 years this september on the 22 & i have 5 wonderful daughter & 2 grandsons which all live with myself & my husband in our little home. thank you for having a great show on tv keep up the dancing a laughter.

dear Ms.DeGeneres,.....i dont ever write to a str*because im not like that and besides i figure they wont see it anyway....but i was molested and sodemized my dad from 5 to 12, and have been very depressed all my life. and i cant remember a day that i have ever been happy,i dont leave my house,or most of the time time my bedroom i find pleasure in anything i do mean anything,i am getting wose as i get older,then my sister sherry kept telling me to watch Ellen all the time so she came to visit me one time and insited i watch the show just once she thinks u r the best thing since pepsi...and u know i actually laughed and had a good time,so i got a high def.box and now i tape it and watch it after the show ends.because it makes me happy for 1 hour a day. my tv is little but with the remote i can make it big enough to watch.i love everything u do, keep me smiling..God Bless u and yours, your wife if beautiful and her name is sooo unique,.....can i please have a pic of u signed and a pic.of u and her, uyour wedding was beautiful,im sure you and her will be sitting in the rocking chair on the porch many years....i wish you guys nothing butlove and happines.......loved the show today.
